The difference and it is a big one, they can form opinions and ideas, change situations and affect outcomes, shape the future and create or destroy an electorate's trust. This election cycle certainly contained alot of smiling faces. As Jack Nicholson said in the movie, A Few Good Men, "You can't handle the truth!". It may true, but it sure beats a lie by a mile!
