After all of the negative, deceitful and dishonest political rhetoric spewed onto the air waves, it is a real wonder how the voters even discover a tiny kernel of real truth in any of it. President Fair Share - Obama Tax Rates

To put President Obama's "Fair Share" Tax Payer Program in perspective,  "A new report just out from the Internal Revenue Service reveals that 36 of President Obama's executive office staff owe the country $833,970 in back taxes. These people working for President Fair Share apparently haven't paid any share, let alone their fair share."

Warren Buffett’s secretary, Debbie Bosanek, was paraded as irrefutable evidence documenting President Obama’s main point in his State of the Union speech. Debbie was Obama's Exhibit "A" in the Public Court of Opinion about the alleged unfairness of the income tax system – the little people paying higher tax rates than their rich high income bosses. Billionaire Warren Buffett's Effective Federal Income Tax Rate Was Just 11%. So, how much salary does Warren pay Debbie so that she pays more than an average 15% tax rate than him? Hmmn...

After consulting IRS data on tax rates by adjusted gross income which would approximate her salary, we calculated that she does not have a second job or significant dividend, interest or capital-gains income (like her boss) and was filing as an individual on earnings since Obama was not clear if she is married and filing jointly. 

"The IRS publishes detailed Income Level Tax Tables. The latest results are for 2009. Tax tables show that taxpayers earning an adjusted gross income between $100,000 and $200,000 pay an average rate of twelve percent. This is below Buffett’s rate; so she must earn more than that. Taxpayers earning adjusted gross incomes of $200,000 to $500,000, pay an average tax rate of nineteen percent. Therefore, Buffett must pay Debbie Bosanke a salary above two hundred thousand dollars. The tax tables tell us about average ranges. For all we know she earns closer to a half million each year, but that is pure speculation."

Debbie is hardly one of Obama's 99% wage income earners or one that pays proportionately more than her billionaire boss either. Her value as an example for Obama's campaign rhetoric for unjust tax rates is simply a plain case of deception. Again, this is another Obama public relations screw-up by not completely vetting facts before offering them up for public scrutiny. Anybody seeking a job on any day would gladly have Debbie's federal income tax rate to make a pay grade like Debbie!

Obama's Cyber Passports to Privacy Island

 The Obama White House Cybersecurity Czar Howard Schmidt and Commerce Secretary Gary Locke on Jan. 7, 2012 rolled out the Cyber Passport, "National Internet I.D. Card" for the Web. The Obama administration insists that this program, not mandatory presently, will deliver significant advantages to Internet users; however, protocol standards are unclear and implementation is not fully explained either at this time prior to voting on a Bill. "Pass it to find out what's in it!"

The White House advanced their government-approved  "Identity Ecosystem", that concentrates personal information collected from:

• Internet activities software such as "keyboard stroke loggers" storing every typed keystroke you tap and "packet sniffers" tracking confidential data intended to be private that intercept and decode packets of "raw data" disclosing various fields to analyze contents according to Request for Comments (RFC) Guidelines set by a Federal Government Peer Review Board and to also record all private log traffic over a user's personal digital network.

• Credentials such as user I.D.s or passwords are stored into a Federal Government Database. A smart card or USB flash drive is issued that would confirm an individual's identity when making online credit-card purchases, accessing electronic health care records, posting "anonymous" blog entries or even logging onto one's own home computer, according to administration documents.

Hidden TSA Security Cameras protecting travelers safety in our airport terminals.The Homeland Security and Cybersecurity Czar have problems about protecting passenger security at our National airports, keeping interlopers out of private White House parties and keeping all of our Top Secret Government data safe from organizations like WikiLeaks. Now, our own private computer Internet files about finances and personal activities are going to be turned over to the Federal Government.   

And, we are just supposed to trust this government now? What about our Constitutional protections of privacy, speech, press and association? Are they handed over to the Federal Government too?

China's Sina Weibo vs. Twitter & U.S. SOPA Laws

Chinese "Buried Alive" SOPA Laws

Author Yu Jie, a well known Communist Dissident, whose words, "buried alive" appeared on a popular Chinese bloggers site reported on January 20, 2012 in the Wall Street Journal. He was referring to the government round-up of dissidents and what happens to them.  Mr. Jie was threatened with his life by a Communist security agent where he was stripped naked, kicked and had his fingers bent back one by one. The agent in charge said, "If the order comes from above, we can dig a pit to bury you alive in half an hour, and no one on earth would know," the agent said.  An organization in NYC, Human Rights in China, said, "There are no more than 200 intellectuals in the country who oppose Communism that are influential and if the central authorities think their rule is facing a crisis can capture them all in one night and bury them alive."

Student Wang Weilin in Tiananmen stand-off & later executed The Tiananmen Square protests of 1989, also known as the June Fourth Incident in Chinese were a series of demonstrations in and near Tiananmen Square, in the center of Beijing, in the Communist People's Republic of China (PRC) beginning on 15 April 1989

These days the very popular Twitter-like microblogging site in China is "Sina Weibo".  Many consider it the closest thing in China to a public square, similar to Tiananmen Square, where the popular cultural uprising occurred. Sadly, it was quickly squashed, literally, by Chinese Army tanks entering the square and running over dissident demonstrators in the square to close down demonstrations.  See below graphic acts of those atrocities and carnage. This is government unabashed censorship.

Student protesters laid out dead on Hospital FloorToday, under the "Subversion Laws" the Chinese government has now entered the Sina Weibo, a public cyber-square or online blogging forum, and is running over the dissidents demonstrating by tanking free speech and squashing human rights again. The government censors can block sites, redirect or detach search engines and arrest, imprison or kill bloggers. This is unabashed government censorship on steroids.

Currently proposed U.S. SOPA, "Stop Online Piracy Act", regulations would then require service providers to either block access or detach search engine links or face prosecution, incarceration and fines. In other words, these providers are forced to be like unappointed federal marshals, policemen that screen, enforce and then fund their own oversight operations too.  (Leastwise, an unreasonable burden on business).

All sound too familiar? It should! This is brazen abridgement of our American freedom of speech amendment and unlawful censorship of Internet sites and in Online blogging forums. It is the same "Stop Online Piracy Act", the "SOPA" Laws" called by another name, "Subversion Laws", openly practiced in Chinese Society today. 

The way to regulate the Internet is to not let Congress and the Justice Department dictate how to conduct Internet business through SOPA Laws!

Obama Plans for State Pension & Health Benefits

Private Sector Workers Under the Back-Breaking Tax Load of State Union Benefits PlansNewly elected in 2011, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker (R-WI) has taken the Unions to task to reduce all of the unreasonable wages, health insurance and pension plans benefits. Governor Walker has done so far what he promised to do going forward into this year, 2012. His fiscal program has allowed state, cities and local municipal governments to now negotiate the employee contracts under the newly adopted guidelines to cap and reduce taxes to balance budget programs.

Governor Walker is now facing a recall election. It is overwhelmingly sponsoredRecall Governor Walker Rally Marquee and financed by the powerful Unions to take back their lost political clout and control of the state workers. This action is usurping the mandate that the statewide voters decided upon to curb excessive state government overspending, reduce taxes and ultimately balance the budget.

Similarly now, newly elected in 2011, Michigan Governor Rick Snyder (R-MI) has also taken the Unions to task and moved even a step further into a more powerful "Emergency-Manager Law".  since many of the local Michigan cities and municipalities have not taken the necessary steps to responsibly reduce unreasonable wage, health insurance and pension benefits.

Opponents complain that Governor Rick Snyder, as one of his first pieces of legislation, the "Emergency-Manager Law", empowers himself to take managerial rights away, nullifying the will of the voters in a given town or city.

Specifically, the City of Flint that fell into receivership in 2011 had a deficit that ballooned after city leaders failed to make promised layoffs and unilaterally impose new labor contracts. "This law affords the governor a great of discretion, and I respect the decision he made", said Flint Mayor Dayne Walling. This drastic measure is needed to address Flint's $45 million deficit and avoid bankruptcy.

Mr. Brown, is the appointed City of  Flint, MI Emergency Manager, a Flint native and former Democratic county commissioner, who said, "It's not like this administration has screwed up and created this problem." Mr. Brown added, " This is a 25-year decline in the tax base."  My question to Mr. Brown, "If it was a known fact about an existing 25 year-decline, then why were these ongoing overblown, bloated Government Employees Union benefits still negotiated and paid?"

Needless to say, the powerful national Unions, civil-rights leaders, Democratic Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker Recall Election Petitionsrepresentatives and union members are gathering enough signatures to put the "Emergency-Manager Law" on hold until the November 2012 elections. 

Are these Wisconsin and Michigan voters just plain nuts?

Where is all the money for their State and Municipal Government Union Benefits & Pension Funds coming from if they throw out these laws?  And, raise more Taxes on whom?

Hmmn...  Obama funds it all? (AKA: The U.S. Federal Taxpayers)
