Rovalocity™ welcomes guest topics or articles for this section.  The following steps apply: 

1. Please be brief when submitting your topic outline for initial approval. 
2. Rovalocity™ recommends no more than a single page, double spaced, 12 pt. type font. 
3. If your submission is accepted, be aware that Rovalocity™ values its reader's screen space, time and attention span to absorb the gist of the subject at hand.  Therefore, space as well as time is of the essence.
4. Rovalocity™ encourages any pictures or graphics submitted in a Jpeg format for ease of manipulation.  We may reformat the image file to suit the article size and body content.
5. We further remind everyone that space is important and limit all article to a two or three paragraphs, not to exceed a single printed page.
6. Rovalocity™ reserves the right to edit or delete copy that exceeds the blog site parameters for brevity.  In any case, Rovalocity™ WILL NOT publish until the author's final approval is received and accepted.
7. ALL editorial, subject matter, artwork content remain the responsibility and property of the individual blog publisher.
8. Any and all factual claims, statements or conclusions reached by that blog author are unconditionally his sole legal responsibility; and therefore, are not jointly, severally or individually assumed by Rovalocity™ in any claims, legally or otherwise.
9. In all cases, copyright licenses and literary privileges are retained by the individual or organization submitting the material to be published on Rovalocity™.  Any disputes to those rights remains the responsibility of that author to defend those claims.
10. Under NO circumstances will Rovalocity™ be construed as defending or taking any responsibility legal or otherwise for materials by the submitting author to the Rovalocity™ site.
11. These stipulations and rules,  by mutual agreement, are subject under the Laws of the State of Texas and must be adjudicated in Dallas County, Dallas, Texas.
