The Oval Office - Bully Pulpit for New Ideas

Speaking from My Oval OfficeTM

I wish to make it clear that I plan to run circles around the executive branch of the federal government in the next three years: with my pen and with my phone. I have decided by my personal executive authority to timely speak from my own White Office Oval Office view to share those ideas as a President. Of course, I was President of three multi-million dollar corporations in the private sector for thirty-five years, but never an itinerate community organizer who never practiced any law. I feel infinitely more qualified to speak about business in the capitalistic American economy through my business degree and corporate experience too. I will focus on how our country can Constitutionally grow stronger through greater freedom while shrinking our Federal government's stranglehold on the republic.

My campaign promise is to remind the electorate that our president has reminded us countless times that he taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago Law School and therefore understands the Constitution. He doesn’t act like he understands it. He surely knows that only Congress can change the effective date of a law, like Obamacare, and that he is utterly without power to do so, no matter his purpose.

Obama was not a 'constitutional law professor,' but was a 'guest lecturer,' an enormous difference at the University of Chicago as Obama and many of his supporters dishonestly tout.

Teaches Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals

The best evidence indicates that the school was ordered to find Mr. Obama office space and to give him a class to teach. In academia, 'professor' is the highest academic rank, normally awarded only to tenured teachers after many years of experience and many successful publications. Mr. Obama has none of these qualifications, and never went through the necessary process of being awarded professor rank. Obama is actually writing down and diagramming the principles from Saul Alinsky's book, 'Rules for Radicals'. That is hardly 'Constitutional Law' since it breeds anarchy against capitalism with the fall of democracy.

So, let's roll up our sleeves and get ready for a real fight to win back the Senate first in the Fall 2014. Then, let's first focus on Hillary for President 2016 campaign - Barack after 2014 is of no use to Hillary going forward if she is to win her party's ticket.

Abortion is Down for the Count - The Numbers Game

Planned Parenthood Status Today

"Although they’re missing data from too many states to give an accurate national total, the latest surveillance report from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) does tell us something significant about abortion in America: that the number of abortions are indeed going down in the country, and possibly by a significant margin.

"According to the CDC’s “Abortion Surveillance,” there were 765,651 abortions reported to government agency by state health departments for 2010. What we do see with the latest report is a drop of 3.1% from the totals of 2009, which were already a drop of 4.6% from the 2008 surveillance report. If this is accurate, that is very, very good news!

"But, before rushing out to tell people that the number of abortions in the U.S. has dropped by almost half a million, keep in mind that three states – Maryland, New Hampshire, and the nation’s most populous state, California – did not report any abortion data to the CDC. California and New Hampshire data was pulled out of the national reporting system in 1998 - go figure.

"These three missing states not only constituted over 15% of U.S. population in 2010, but also housed a relatively high saturation of abortion clinics. (e.g., a web search shows some 90 abortion clinics operated in California by Planned Parenthood alone). Thus it’s clear that this count is short by several hundred thousand.

"High numbers of abortions continue to be repeat abortions. Of those abortions where the presence or absence of a previous abortion was known, 44.6% were repeat abortions. Eight and a half percent had had three previous abortions or more - it sure indicates a total disregard for any 'safe sex' condoms against veneral diseases besides the child abortions too!

"Another troubling statistic is that CDC figures continue to show that high numbers of aborting women have already given birth to a child. Almost 60% (59.7%) of aborting women the CDC had data on had already had given birth to at least one child before having their abortions in 2010.

"The latest CDC report does inform us that more than four hundred women have died from legal abortion since 1973 (figures aren’t available for 2010 yet). And if they try to tell you that this is an artifact of our less medically advanced past, let them know that 85 of those women have died since 2000"

"The lower abortion rates and ratios show that the lower numbers reflect not merely some statistical aberration due to population shifts but actual changes in attitudes and actions towards abortion in the wider culture. Abortion is becoming a less common occurrence in our society and a less common choice among pregnant women.

"That numbers, rates, and ratios have come down so far is a testament to the hard work and dedication of pro-lifers. They have passed out the literature, gotten the laws passed, offered practical assistance and realistic alternatives to abortion that were better for both mother and child. And, the numbers show they have been effective."[1]

Planned Parenthood Founder

The liberal progressives exalt Margaret Sanger as the blessed Patron Saint who advanced women to new heights and freed all women from oppressive bonds by her advocation of abortion as the only ultimate answer to unwanted pregnancies.

"Margaret Sanger, was an American elite (whose second marriage to oil tycoon Noah Slee provided much of the financial backing for her cause), a mother herself, she abandoned her own children for something she felt was more worthy of her time and passion. So, it’s important to understand the context in which she championed such ‘rights’. It was not out of benevolence but a deep-seated hatred of ‘forced’ motherhood, chastity, of the ‘inferior classes’, of religion (especially Catholicism), and racial elements that were a hindrance to the breeding of a ‘race of thoroughbreds’. She wasn’t interested in removing the cause of poverty, illiteracy, illegitimate births, or other social ills–just attacking the result…innocent life…which inherently had nothing to do with any of the conditions in which he or she was given life.

“Like the advocates of Birth Control, the eugenists, for instance, are seeking to assist the race toward the elimination of the unfit.” These are the words of a woman who is heralded by women’s rights groups worldwide.  These are the words ofPresident Woodrow Wilson Margaret Sanger, the mother of Planned Parenthood, whose beliefs were firmly rooted in the destructive pseudo-science of Negative Eugenics, a social movement that believed in selective breeding to better the human race by preventing the reproduction of the ‘unfit’.

"Professionally, Sanger was a nurse who testified before the U.S. Senate in 1916 to call for the formation of the Population Congress that would seek to employ Negative Eugenics to separate humanity. Drastically limiting immigration of those considered ‘unfit’ was a mainstay of Sanger and her fellow eugenists like Democrat President Woodrow Wilson, Charles Darwin, Luther Burbank and Alexander Graham Bell who were staunch early supporters. Their draconian proposals of forced segregation, for American citizens, were commonly held views among these ‘progressives’ who sought to achieve a superior and more intelligent race.

"Eugenic leaders are elitists who think they were endowed with wisdom and had the right to pass judgement on others in the name of progress. Positive eugenic ideas about family planning and public health may seem in tune with views common in American society today, although many people would fail to see any connection. However, the coercive tactics of eugenics — race separation, marriage restriction, immigration restriction, and sterilization — fly in the face of current ideals for a compassionate, pluralistic society.

"In 1943, Margaret Sanger, as the founder of the 'American Birth Control League,' renamed it 'Planned Parenthood.' She was funded by the same elite eugenists (i.e. John D. Rockefeller) who also, concurrently, funded Eugene Fischer and his work at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute (responsible for the Nazi scientific theories of racial hygiene that led the the slaughter of millions of Jews, gypsies, blacks and others deemed the inferior race).

"When overt eugenics programs became outlawed, its goals and ideology remained thoroughly intact and devastatingly effective through the policy of Birth Control and the legalization of abortion. Eugenicists merely changed the language, speaking in euphemisms. Today, abortion is a billion dollar industry that escapes any mainstream scrutiny as it pawns off birth control and the deliberate killing of unborn children as the false resolve to poverty. It exploits the mythology of global overpopulation, the narcissism of economic convenience and the false liberty of total sexual liberation"[1]

Sex is Great Under Obamacare!

Obamacare is really now working hard! People are so happy with all of their sexual activities with endless supplies of the free condoms and unfettered abortions has aroused an erotic euphoria everywhere.

Is that really what Americans want from their Federal government, a major reason to embrace more debt for more intrusive give-away socialist programs?

If the new health laws cuts into the labor force, is that still okay too? After all, the employers are terminating employees or cutting back hours to accommodate new federal mandates to buy health insurance.

Isn't anyone just plain tired of all of this "hope and change' yet? It just makes so many people weary to see the blur of new laws enacted with regulations and infringements to our personal liberties and rights. If the country doesn't wake up, then watch Hillary become President next and that's the ultimate sexual act, the whole country is screwed!

Bill O'Reilly - Obama Match-up - Oh, How It Hurts!

All the pre-game hype screamed about the 'prime match-up' of the Denver Broncos' record-setting offense facing off against the Seattle Seahawks' rock-solid defense. No better than the Denver Broncos vs. Seattle Seahawks game (8-43), the highly touted 'high-stakes' banter about the O'Reilly vs. Obama interview was just as stellar a score with a victory of (0-0).

The subjects were divided into four areas, like game quarters, as Obamacare, Benghazi, IRS Targeting and Presidential Executive Powers covered the field of questions. I really don't believe O'Reilly ever tackled the POTUS to the ground once as O'Reilly never touched him as Obama tackled every question head-on to literally run out the clock. Scoring big with a 0-0, politically it means Fox's O'Reilly couldn't score on any of his points that were thrown out and the POTUS didn't have to score any points himself to tie it up by deflecting negative attacks.

These four lines, at the 09:00 minute mark, are really all you need to know to summarize the O'Reilly-Obama Match-up interview before the Super Bowl XLVIII Game.

O'Reilly: Reading from a Fox viewer's letter of Cathy LaMaster, Fresno, CA, she asked, "Mr. President, why do you feel it's necessary to fundamentally transform the nation that has afforded you so much opportunity and success?"

Obama: "I don't think we have to fundamentally transform the nation."

O'Reilly: "But, those are your words."

Obama: POTUS completely ignores O'Reilly's comment and doggedly continues on, "I think what we have to do is make sure here in America that if you work hard you can get ahead. POTUS blathered on about a minute more on making opportunity for all.

O'Reilly frustrated, closed the interview commenting on the POTUS reply with, "You kept me off."--Nice Bill, Obama snookered you again... and Obama's game goes on!

My Final Analysis: My personal take-away from the O'Reilly-Obama interview was it wasThink Hardball! very difficult to watch without wincing. O'Reilly would kick off a question and start running down the field. Obama would catch it and run right back past O'Reilly's apparent weak defense, only stopping in O'Reilly's end zone with a touchdown. Some may say that Obama did an excellent job debunking right wing myths here, but that was simply not true. O'Reilly didn't seem to have any counter-strategies in his play book, so he just quit probing and moved on to the next question. It makes me wonder if Bill needed a teleprompter himself, Obama sure didn't this time.

My suggestion: Get a real-life conservative interviewer who can not only think on his feet but really able to emote what our founding fathers had in mind, not luke-warm pap from a TV personality just looking for ratings points. So Bill, this was a tackle football game, not a softball game with the easy underhand pitches you lobbed to Obama - think hardball!

"myRA" Program - Federal Asset Seizure Act?

In the State of the Union Address, Obama proposed creating 'myRA', My Retirement Account, a new government retirement savings plan for first-time savers, who could tap into a new Treasury bond savings program that converts to a traditional Roth IRA.

Politicians spew out a lot of 'sh*t' to fill public heads - literally.Retirement security for workers without access to workplace retirement savings plans could plan automatic IRA deduction programs through employers. Similar to existing workplace deductions for savings bonds, the proposed 'R Bond' program is aimed at the lower-wage workers discouraged from saving for retirement by minimum deposits and retirement account fees. The bonds would have tax benefits similar to individual retirement accounts, and the balances could be rolled into IRAs when balances reach a sizable amount.

Currently pending in Congress, a government retirement bond is now a default option in legislation sponsored by Rep. Richard Neal, D-Mass., that would create these automatic IRA programs through employers, an idea also discussed by Obama administration officials. While legislative solutions have stalled in Congress, Obama likely will institute the Treasury 'R Bond' program without congressional action through his dictatorial executive-order emergency powers. Still, the Obama 'pen decree' does not have the full force of law until the 'R Bond' is passed by congress.

The obvious negative reaction to the 'My IRA' Program is the perceived inference the Federal government directs private citizens on how, when and where they must begin to start savings for their retirement. This program directs their privately generated monies into Federal Treasury Savings bonds, fully insured, but with notoriously low annual interest rates of 1 1/2% compared to upwards of 26% for the Dow National averages. The maximum contribution is $15,000, which is not even a decent barebones amount for any lasting individual retirement fund. It is another 'smoke and mirrors' political diversionary tactic of sticking a band-aid fix over a growing problem of an aging population--one rife with more people waiting for more 'cradle to grave' government welfare.

The clear implications here indicate a burgeoning 'federal control' of massive private funds into the treasury feeding Washington's insatiable appetite to spend it like the Social Security savings accounts and then leaving more I.O.U. notes at the Fed.

A History Lesson about Social Security Borrowing: The Social Security surpluses of the past decades were siphoned off to the Treasury Department and spent like a "rainy day savings" from a "personal piggy bank". The Treasury then deposits corresponding IOUs — called “special issue” bonds or "intragovernmental bonds" — into the Social Security trust fund. These supposedly have "real value" since these bogus Treasury bonds are"backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. government" in the same way that all other U.S. Treasury bonds are regarded. Oh, Really?

FYI: Bill Clinton brags his historic 2001 'balanced budget' was created with budget surpluses during his last three years in office--so it is claimed that Clinton paid down the national debt, that is patently false-he was borrowing  intragovernmental holdings, Social Security trust funds, with accounting transfer entries to balance Clinton's budget. Oh, really?

Retirement experts recognize 'R Bonds' as another default option within automatic IRAs for employers without retirement programs, but raises a question about how much real value a 'voluntary' bond purchase program can accomplish to effect major change in people's habits to save--seems just like the 'millennium age' young people in the 'mandatory' Obamacare insurance sign-up program--also not working too well.

The best retirement growth strategy is to invest one's savings into a wide portfolio with higher yield investments as it grows in a tax free environment until retirement. Judy Miller, director of retirement policy for the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries. “We're glad that the president is looking to expand coverage. We have been very supportive of the auto-IRA proposal. I don't think (the R Bond idea is) going to really push it forward,” and added, “We disagree that there aren't low-cost options available in the private marketplace now.”

This new 'mrRA' Federal program funds with private monies instead of taxes, of course in the back end the income taxes are collected. It makes it more politically attractive to promote since there are no upfront tax spending appropriations. So then, why is the bill stalled in Congress? I am sure since Obama brought it up in the State of Union Address it will become "more transparent" as it evolves. Obama said about myRA's, "It's no risk, guaranteed returns." We shall see soon...
