Dr. Ben Carson Muses If Obama is Communist?

Dr. Ben Carson consistently conveys clearly deep, compassionate feelings as he calmly speaks with his thought-provoking words. His steady, measured, soft-spoken delivery allows anyone to clearly understand his accurate, on-message points. With his Christian and Hippocratic beliefs deep within his highly professional demeanor belies his vast experience as a leading neurosurgeon, sensitively listening to his patient's list of ills, ready to handle any situation that arises quickly and the demands for immediate attention or actions as if it's a life or death outcome.  Hmnn.. sounds just like the U.S. on life-support right now?

Amidst all of our country's current mess of physical, fiscal and moral decay, an old adage that is often held out as the benchmark for careers that require highly intelligent, skilled and successful people is: "It doesn't take a brain surgeon.'--perhaps so, but maybe now it does. Look out for Dr. Ben Carson to rise above the political fray as a 2016 Presidential possibility!

In a recent Fox News television interview on the Megyn Kelly File, he evoked a quote by V.L. Lenin, the Russian Communist  who led the Bolshevik Revolution in 1917. Describing the 'crown jewel' of the socialist, communist system, 'Socialized Medicine',  Dr. Carson decried:

"What's really interesting, Vladimir Lenin, one of the founders of socialism and communism, he said, "Socialized medicine is the keystone of the archway to the socialist state." and Dr. Carson continued, "In other words, you've got to get the socialized medicine as the foundation, because it gives you control of the people. Once you get control of the people, you can do what you want." - So, that's the deeper meaning of the Affordable Care Act.

On October 09, 2013 in an article by David Zurawik, in The Baltimore Sun, a liberal newspaper, he was spinning over these comments saying, "You [Megyn Kelly] want to tell me what part of sitting there and not challenging Carson while he walks right up to the line of calling the President of the United States a communist is news -- rather than red-meat, ideological rabble-rousing? Tsk, tsk! Mr. Zurawik, you means no one is ever aloud to question about Obama and the Emperor's clothes he is cloaked in?--Recall that Bedtime Story?

The liberal Baltimore Sun writer should take note what more was said on this subject too.  It certainly explains everything in even much more detail without all of the covert subterfuge of rhetoric by President Obama.

Could David Zurawik, the writer at The Baltimore Sun newspaper, please dispute, refute and deny what was said here too?  It sure reads to me just like the Affordable Care Act as it is one cog in the wheel of Obama's liberal socialist programs.

Here is a real 'zinger' to think about after all this is said and done:  Everyone refers to the Affordable Care Act as the 'Obamacare Act', as his 'signature legislation and legacy'...  What if I tell you that is not the case at all? ...and Obama has designs on a bigger prize?  You ask what?...

A possibility, if you think about it, is to revamp the Affordable Care Act, ACA.  It could be put up to operate as some ancillary Government program working with Medicaid and Medicare while the majority of the insurance coverage goes back as multiple insurance payer free-market competitive-based systems with changes like tort reforms, pre-existing condition coverage reforms and open state borders to competition as just a few starting points for further legislative overhaul changes. That also should keep everybody busy looking away, but from what?

The real juicy plum, however, for a lasting legacy is one that would warm up even the heart of V.I. Lenin. It is the 'Immigration Act.' Just get your head around the fact that it has passed, just like the ACA, and Obama would really have a huge legacy forever!

Just think?  Obama could bring over the borders 45 million people, voters for the Democratic Party that would guarantee elections until eternity for all liberal socialist government programs. Obama would be always be revered as a Democrat hero.  Hillary and Bill could waltz right on through the doors of the White House in 2016. What a coup de grace?  So chew on that now while watching it come up fast in your rearview mirror this year!--"Keep your eye on that prize!"

Two Cover-Up Experts look alike.The President of the United States lied, lied, lied. The Obamacare sign-up period will prove out the "death spiral" theory. Since there's not more young, well and healthy individuals who will sign up to pay for the older, sicker population it will implode, collapse and die as a nonviable health care system. In addition, many of these young people are signing up for medicaid insurance coverage offered free to them and these costs add to the deficits further. 

This is a U.S. government takeover of 1/6 of the American economy. It is reported most middle-class income earners between $30K to $60K will automatically lose their health insurance coverage and replaced with higher deductibles, out-of-pocket co-pays and unneeded coverage options. Furthermore, they can lose their present hospitals and doctors too.

Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, is the principal architect of the Affordable Care Act. The very highly touted 'grandfather clause' is so narrow that if an insurance company changes a co-pay by more than $5 over the course of the three years since 2010, it’s no longer 'grandfathered' in. On the Mike Wallace Sunday Show, Dr. Emanuel said, "[$5], That’s usually a 25% change," adding, “That’s a big change…You have to ask the question: how many planks do you change in a boat before it’s a different boat? That’s the same thing here: we had a plan, we argued about it.” “You didn’t tell the American people,” Wallace said. “You said, if this plan is in effect until March of 2010, you can keep it.” “That’s what it said!” Emanuel said. “That’s how we fulfilled that pledge.”  It sure sounds like another 'ommission'.

Like so many people on the internet I receive a lot of well intended messages from friends that contain totally erroneous facts and claims and empty baseless rumours. Below, I have cut and paste one with its "wild claims" about Obamacare, the ACA, just as it was sent to me.

As you will readily see, my email friend was not really that far off at all. This bill is indeed not only screwed up at the website, but the bill is a mess, to be polite, without throwing out the "F" bomb to really describe it and how I feel about it.

I researched the official U.S. Government site of the "2010 Affordable Care Act - H.R. 3590" on page 272 and 273. The actual text is below, with key passages "Italicised and underlined" for emphasis on core points.  The "Bold print lines" show my analysis of those points so as to clarify 'odd' wording and 'ambigious' phrases, all designed to completely confound and confuse the 'ordinary folk' who attempt to make sense of its premeditated deception. Obama and his partisan lawmakers wrote it up this way because they assumed, correctly, that the people would be extremely upset once the actual facts came into the light of day. The fact is that the real truth is the ultimate standard to test this new tax law.

‘‘(b) TESTING OF MODELS(PHASE I)

‘‘(1) IN GENERAL.—The CMI, Center for Medicare/Medicaid Innovation, shall test payment and service delivery models, look at doctor fee against service provided, in accordance with selection criteria, allowable procedures menu, under paragraph (2) to determine the effect of applying such models under the applicable title (as defined in subsection (a)(4)(B)), not doctor but board - determines whether necessary or not to save medical costs or worth it on patients due to age or outcome prognosis projection, on program expenditures under such titles and the quality of care received by individuals receiving benefits under such title.

‘‘(2) SELECTION OF MODELS TO BE TESTED.—‘‘(A) IN GENERAL.—The Secretary shall select models to be tested from models where the Secretary determines that there is evidence that the model addresses a "defined population for which there are deficits in care leading to poor clinical outcomes" or potentially avoidable expenditures. Death panels reject medical care for elderly to avoid costs. The models selected under the preceding sentence may include the models described in subparagraph (B).

‘‘(B) OPPORTUNITIES.—The models described in this subparagraph are the following models:

‘‘(i) Promoting broad payment and practice reform in primary care, including patient-centered medical home models for high-need applicable individuals, medical homes that address women’s unique health care needs, and models that transition primary care practices away from fee-for-service based reimbursement and toward comprehensive payment or salary-based payment. Push out high need patients, women as a whole category with "female problems" and take away personal one-on-one physician care  (fee for service) towards a salary-based (flat rate overall group care fee) with nurse assistants and medical technicians. 

‘‘(ii) Contracting directly with groups of providers of services and suppliers to promote innovative care delivery models, such as through risk-based comprehensive payment or salary-based payment.‘‘ Doing away with physicians and replace contracting directly with groups of technicians and assistances to conduct tests and assessments as needed. (iii) Utilizing geriatric assessments and comprehensive care plans to coordinate the care (including through interdisciplinary teams) of applicable individuals with multiple chronic conditions and at least one of the following:‘‘(I) An inability to perform 2 or more activities of daily living.‘‘(II) Cognitive impairment, including dementia.

‘‘(iv) Promote care coordination between providers of services and suppliers that transition health care providers away from fee-for-service based reimbursement and toward salary-based payment.‘‘ Move care from Doctors to group assistances and technicians. (v) Supporting care coordination for chronically-ill applicable individuals at high risk of hospitalization through a health information technology-enabled provider network that includes care coordinators, a chronic disease registry, and home tele-health technology.‘‘(vi) Varying payment to physicians who order advanced diagnostic imaging services (as defined in section 1834(e)(1)(B)) according to the physician’s adherence to appropriateness criteria for the ordering of such services, as determined in consultation with physician specialty groups and other relevant stakeholder. Death panels determine which procedure a doctors will be paid for and control the doctor by "varying payment" - a hidden meaning: "Pay little" for your necessary test.

Since you have no doctors, management service personnel tell what patients get with their limited choice of services to keep costs down that were developed and decided by the death panels.‘‘(x) Allowing States to test and evaluate fully integrating care for dual eligible individuals in the State, including the management and oversight of all funds under the applicable titles with respect to such individuals. ‘‘(xi) Allowing States to test and evaluate systems of all-payer payment reform for the medical care of residents of the State, including dual eligible individuals. ‘‘(xii) Aligning nationally recognized, evidence based guidelines of cancer care with payment incentives under title XVIII in the areas of treatment planning and follow-up care planning for applicable individuals described in clause (i) or (iii) of subsection (a)(4)(A) with cancer, including the identification of gaps in applicable quality measures.‘‘ Telling Cancer patients what they get and not get if it costs too much or if you don't have any "real good" chance anyway according to the death panels they won't waste treatment on you. (xiii) Improving post-acute care through continuing care hospitals that offer inpatient rehabilitation, long-term care hospitals, and home health or skilled nursing care during an inpatient stay and the 30 days immediately following discharge. The post-acute hospital long-care quality and staff are limited by time and quality care guidelines. ‘‘(xiv) Funding home health providers who offer chronic care management services to applicable individuals in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams. ‘‘(xv) Promoting improved quality and reduced cost by developing a collaborative of high-quality, low-cost health care institutions that is responsible for—‘‘(I) developing, documenting, and disseminating best practices and proven care methods; ‘‘(II) implementing such best practices and proven care methods within such institutions to demonstrate further improvements in quality and efficiency; and ‘‘(III) providing assistance to other health care institutions on how best to employ such best practices and proven care methods to improve health care quality and lower costs. ‘‘ Further limit patient health care. (xvi) Facilitate inpatient care, including intensive care, of hospitalized applicable individuals at their local hospital through the use of electronic monitoring by specialists, including intensivists and critical care specialists, based at integrated health systems. Eliminate entirely the doctor-patient relationship for video monitoring and remote equipment telemetry.

 

Obama's Four Pinocchio Piccadilo

When the president makes a lawyerly comment, it’s time to start looking for the trap door, no 'Four Pinocchios' intended. Yeah, right! With all of the expressed concerns about the Federal (Un) Affordable Care Act, the actual law ignores the indispensable parallels focused on how medicine happens when it's between a doctor and his patient. A government insurance program with 'allowable procedures' steps in between them to dissuade or bar doctors from ordering tests, drugs, procedures or therapies designed to effectively fully treat their patients--Hello, 'Death Panels.'

According to Kathleen Sebelius, the HHS Secretary herself, up to 10 million and more patients' insurance coverage plans are not inclusive with comprehensive coverage compliance to current ACA Patient guidelines. The ACA coverage plan rollout also obfuscates the 'grandfather clause' or 'keep your own policy' Obama promise for existing policies to remain in force. If policies do not contain all the ACA mandated universal coverage inclusions, the private plans are deemed unsuitable, then terminated and shifted over into Federal Insurance exchanges.

Some states have made it illegal for individuals to purchase any insurance policies outside those Federal  insurance exchanges, thereby doing away with free market choice, period.

If an individual's plan includes more benefits than the ACA mandated coverage, it is considered a 'Cadillac' plan.

• Individuals are taxed, period.
  

• Unions and large corporation employees are 'tax exempt.'

Some other 'special individuals' have privileged coverage with waivers and exemptions.

• Students, up to 26 years old living at home.

• Members of a “federally-recognized Indian tribe,” This is in part because the Indian Health Service offers government-run health care to such tribes.
  

• Members of a “recognized religious sect or division,” as specified in Section 1402(g)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code, are also exempt.
  

The Internal Revenue Code exempts an individual from certain taxes if he is “a member of a recognized religious sect or division thereof and is an adherent of established tenets or teachings of such sect or division by reason of which he is conscientiously opposed to acceptance of the benefits of any private or public insurance which makes payments in the event of death, disability, old-age, or retirement or makes payments toward the cost of, or provides services for, medical care,” including Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Your “sect” has to have been in continuous existence since December 31, 1950, and the Commissioner of Social Security must agree that your sect “has the established tenets or teachings” consistent with opposition to medical benefits.

• Amish who refuse and choose self-reliance on church providence.

• Muslims, are exempt? - Islam considers insurance to be "gambling", "risk-taking", and "usury" and is thus banned under Shira Law.  See NOTE*
  

IRS Code  Section 1402(g)(1) states Muslims are not exempt from the AFA mandate because they accept payments of Social Security, medicare and medicaid insurance.  

*NOTE: While there are some on the Internet who believe that this religious exemption applies to Islam. Sorry, but the exemption is meant for groups like the Amish.

So if you hate the individual mandate—join the Amish or an Indian tribe!

So what is in the Obama 'End-Game' here?  Some are specifically granted exemptions based on waivers, so then who pays for the Affordable Healthcare Act medical bills? What happens if the AHA implodes as it becomes too burdensome without everyone in it? A 'Single-Payer' system - socialized medicine?  Is unbridled Federal power - a Communistic state in the plans?  Hmmn.... Read the 'Cloward-Pivan Strategy,' Barack Obama's studied it along with Rules for Radicals by Saul Alinsky as a community organizer activist.

Over the years a multitude of politically determined agendas have made their way into the heart of the liberal arts curriculum at Columbia University, New York City. Entire departments and numerous courses have ceased to observe any scholarly discipline, instead turning inward to excite and outward to activate an attitude promoting social injustice into a frenzy creating liberal causes that lead to public unrest, and to whose questionable benefit?

First proposed in 1966 and named after Columbia University sociologists. Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, the 'Cloward-Piven Strategy' seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.

Obama Rules For Radicals - Saul Alinsky Reborn

Since initially writing this article earlier this year, I have received many requests to bring it back to the top of the archive files so more people could easily locate it to read.

"No other occupant of the White House can it be said that he owed his understanding of the political process to a man and a philosophy so outside the American mainstream, or so explicitly dedicated to opposing it. The following provides an analysis of the political manual that Saul Alinsky wrote, which outlines his method for advancing radical agendas. The manual was originally titled “Rules for Revolution” which is an accurate description of its content. Later, Alinsky changed the title to "Rules for Radicals."

"Some may want to reconsider what Obama may have really meant on election eve 2008 when he told his followers: “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America."

“Nihilism” comes from the Latin nihil, or nothing, which means not anything, that which does not exist. It appears in the verb “annihilate,” meaning to bring to nothing, to destroy completely.

Nihilism is also the belief that all values are baseless and that nothing can be known or communicated. It is often associated with extreme pessimism and a radical skepticism that condemns existence. A true nihilist would believe in nothing, have no loyalties, and no purpose other than, perhaps, an impulse to destroy.  - and so how does an Alinsky radical's "political nihilism" affect our "American Way of Life"?

"The Alinsky radical has a single principle - to take power from the "Haves" and give it to the "Have-nots". What this amounts to in practice is a "political nihilism" - a destructive assault on the established order in the name of the “people” (who, in the fashion common to dictators, are designated as such by the revolutionary elite). This is the classic revolutionary formula in which the goal is power for the political vanguard who get to feel good about themselves in the process."

This particular strategy has worked well under Obama to engage other supporters outside his circle. A major complaint is that Obama never offers detailed plans or reasons as he goes forward in his administration. So, without naming his end game, whether it be the Federal Budget Plans, Spending Programs or Presidential policies Obama avoids Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi confrontational opposition and division overall to build support for his ultimate goals. I believe Nancy Pelosi said it best, "We have to pass the Bill so that you can find out what is in it." - so just don't ask for any details to avoid opposition or division ...Sound familiar?

Hillary's 2016 Election Bid Fallout - Dirty Politics

It seems that an ole gal like Hillary Clinton can't stay clean too long before more of her shady political chicanery starts to surface again--and so close to another election. Up to her old illegal campaign donation tricks, she's again hiding how much, who gave and where it went without any reportable or taxable income. Abra-cadabra! Presto-chango!  Poof-all gone!

"Millionaire D.C. power broker Jeffrey Thompson until recently ran the influential accounting and public-relations firm Thompson, Cobb, Bazilio & Associates in Washington DC. Prosecutors in numerous court documents claim Mr. Thompson has long been orchestrating 'straw donations,' and they label his former firm—from which he allegedly funneled the money—an 'assembly line' for illegal donations.

"The owner of a New York marketing firm that does work for political campaigns, Troy White, had pleaded guilty for failing to report to the IRS $600,000 it had received for work in support of Hillary Clinton's 2008 presidential primary campaign. According to court documents, Mr. White had offered his get-out-the-vote services to the Clinton campaign and was officially told no. But a longtime and close Clinton adviser, Minyon Moore, then put Mr. White in touch with Mr. Thompson, who 'funneled' money for the effort via his network of companies.

"Mrs. Clinton rushed out a statement reminding everyone that her campaign had officially "turned down Mr. White's services." Then again, when a federal judge asked Mr. White whether there was "cooperation" between his company and the campaign, he answered "yes." And Mrs. Clinton knows Mr. Thompson. He has donated to the Clinton foundation.

Mr. White is now cooperating with what the U.S. attorney says is a 'continuing investigation.' That's an ugly prospect for the upcoming 'Hillary for President 2016' Campaign."
