Can You Stand to Hear the Truth about Obama Lies?

In January, 2005, Obama was sworn into office as the junior United States Senator for Illinois (D). Shortly after Obama's swearing in, his beatification begins when Time magazine names Obama one of "The World's Most Influential People." He is listed among other leaders and revolutionaries. This same year, the British journal New Statesman names Obama one of "10 People Who Could Change the World."

Since Barack Obama's sudden appearance out of nowhere onto the national stage, it has been absolutely astonishing to witness his image morphing over the past five years. He has been depicted as Lincoln, the emancipator; FDR, the progressive during a financial crisis; JFK, very cool and stylish with a wife and two young children; and Reagan, transforming the country for the better. Contrary to those narratives conjured up by his handlers, he is none of those Presidents. He stands apart from those greater men because he stands alone; his shallow credentials, weak character and unremarkable policies have finally worn thin through his charisma and worse, it has politically met its fate, "the people" finally know he has failed too--that his word is not his bond, but a lie! 

Barack Obama has been an enigma, a puzzle and a riddle. He arriving inexplicably Is Obama like President Reagan?from really nowhere, with no traceable past due to court ordered sealed records about his birth certificate forward through early schooling and onto college transcripts or even any employment records with any tangible discernable career path achievements along the way--and forget about any people along the way that were friends or acquaintances, no one has stepped forward in any large group to even admit knowing the guy.

With very little, or no experience as a practicing attorney, Obama decides to run for state senate. He is hand-picked by then state senator, Alice Palmer, D - Ill., to succeed her as she runs for the U.S. congress. Palmer wrote for the Communist Party newspaper, "People's Daily World" and had appeared in the Soviet Union to attend the 27th congress of the Communist Party in 1986. In June, 2004, George Soros, a billionaire left-wing socialist, and his family personally chipped in $60,000 for the Obama Senate Campaign. Other generous shadow campaign donations poured in to finance his election bid too. So in November, 2004, Obama was elected to the United States Senate. During a meeting with reporters at his Illinois campaign headquarters after his election to the U.S. Senate, he ridiculed as "a silly question" whether he would run for president or vice president before his term ended in 2011. "I’ve never worked in Washington," he said. "I can unequivocally say I will not be running for national office in four years, and my entire focus is making sure that I’m the best possible senator on behalf of the people of Illinois." It seemed like a 'silly question' as Obama logically answered, "I’ve never worked in Washington," which would naturally attribute understandably to inexperience and his thinness of a legislative policy record. Obama later on missed 80% of his senate votes in his first term. I guess he just simply forgot both promises: about being the best senator until 2011 and not running for president! ...Oh silly me, LOL, I was taking Obama at his word again!

Asked on ABC’s “Good Morning America”, in January 2007, if his lack of foreign policy experience would hurt him in his White House bid, Obama replied: “My experience in foreign policy is probably more diverse than most others in the field. I mean, I'm somebody who has actually lived overseas, somebody who has studied overseas. You know, I majored in international relations.” Is he kidding? Other 'flawed' campaign facts appears here: Apparently, President Obama believed that living in Indonesia with Mommy while going to elementary school from age six to ten while saying in the same breath he 'majored in international relations' made him more qualified than any other candidate--only one problem, he enrolled in U.S. at Columbia University as an 'International Relations' major years later. His theory, stated over and over, was that understanding "the people" was the single most important factor in successful foreign affairs. The bloody results of his foreign policy judgment would seem to indicate this theory was dangerously wrong. ...And Obama thought his 'made-up' weak laundry list as a 'foreign student', which mislead voters to assume that it was college level studies while 'living overseas', but living with his mommy as an elementary school boy fills up a 'Presidential" resume needed to lead the biggest nation on earth?--no wonder our foreign policy is so screwed up!

More troubling, however, was that Obama provided a wealth of targets by  personal recollections in his book, 'Dreams from my Father,' which detailed past drug use, dates of events and conversations in the storyline that could not even be documented. A little-noticed disclaimer at the front of his 442-page memoir of his youth, “Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance,” says: “For the sake of compression, some of the characters that appear are composites of people that I’ve known, and some events appear out of precise chronology. With the exception of my family and a handful of public figures, the names of most characters have been changed for the sake of their privacy.”  He had also espoused a frank liberalism in a time when the Democrat party needed centrist voters, so it was suggested that he tone down that rhetoric.

This charismatic Illinois senator has enjoyed a lifetime of hagiography, like a book idolizing saints or venerated persons, starting with an 800-word story in The New York Times the day after his election in February, 1990 as the first black president of the Harvard Law Review. Obama was elected after a lengthy, apparently contentious meeting lasting from Saturday into the early morning Sunday hours of the Law Review's 80 editors. Historically, editors were picked on the basis of the highest grades, the president of the Law Review was the student with the highest academic rank. In the 1970's, a dispute began as the academic ratings were replaced by a program favoring minorities in which about half the editors now are chosen for their grades and the other half are chosen by fellow students after a special writing competition. Also, Harvard no longer academically ranks its law students for any purpose including a guide to recruiters so as to not discriminate against minorities. Does that say something for the 'best' academically speaking? Will they know the difference between a 'tort,' a 'tart' or a 'fart?' LOL!

This certainly besmirches some of Barack Obama's crowning accomplishments as:

• The President of the Harvard Law Review as not as prestigious as first presented. This opinion follows some reports that he was not that active nor that involved with the Law Review's week to week activities.

•  It was also mentioned that he taught law at the University of Chicago which has also been debunked as a case of braggadocio, more like a lie.

Obama was not a 'constitutional law professor,' but was a 'guest lecturer,' an enormous difference at the University of Chicago as many of his supporters dishonestly tout.

Teaches Saul Alinsky Rules for Radicals on blackboard.The best evidence indicates that after a University of Chicago minority students protest, a settlement to avoid further disruptions was ordered to 'find Mr. Obama office space and to give him a class to teach'.  In real academia, 'professor' is the highest academic rank, normally awarded only to tenured teachers after many years of experience and many successful publications. Mr. Obama has none of these qualifications, and never went through the necessary process of being awarded professor rank. Obama is actually writing down and diagramming the principles from Saul Alinsky's book, 'Rules for Radicals'. That is hardly 'Constitutional Law' since it breeds anarchy against capitalism with the fall of democracy.

Obama's Four Pinocchio Piccadilo

When the president makes a lawyerly comment, it’s time to start looking for the trap door, no 'Four Pinocchios' intended. Yeah, right! With all of the expressed concerns about the Federal (Un) Affordable Care Act, the actual law ignores the indispensable parallels focused on how medicine happens when it's between a doctor and his patient. A government insurance program with 'allowable procedures' steps in between them to dissuade or bar doctors from ordering tests, drugs, procedures or therapies designed to effectively fully treat their patients--Hello, 'Death Panels.'

According to Kathleen Sebelius, the HHS Secretary herself, up to 10 million and more patients' insurance coverage plans are not inclusive with comprehensive coverage compliance to current ACA Patient guidelines. The ACA coverage plan rollout also obfuscates the 'grandfather clause' or 'keep your own policy' Obama promise for existing policies to remain in force. If policies do not contain all the ACA mandated universal coverage inclusions, the private plans are deemed unsuitable, then terminated and shifted over into Federal Insurance exchanges.

Some states have made it illegal for individuals to purchase any insurance policies outside those Federal  insurance exchanges, thereby doing away with free market choice, period.

If an individual's plan includes more benefits than the ACA mandated coverage, it is considered a 'Cadillac' plan.

• Individuals are taxed, period.
  

• Unions and large corporation employees are 'tax exempt.'

Some other 'special individuals' have privileged coverage with waivers and exemptions.

• Students, up to 26 years old living at home.

• Members of a “federally-recognized Indian tribe,” This is in part because the Indian Health Service offers government-run health care to such tribes.
  

• Members of a “recognized religious sect or division,” as specified in Section 1402(g)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code, are also exempt.
  

The Internal Revenue Code exempts an individual from certain taxes if he is “a member of a recognized religious sect or division thereof and is an adherent of established tenets or teachings of such sect or division by reason of which he is conscientiously opposed to acceptance of the benefits of any private or public insurance which makes payments in the event of death, disability, old-age, or retirement or makes payments toward the cost of, or provides services for, medical care,” including Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Your “sect” has to have been in continuous existence since December 31, 1950, and the Commissioner of Social Security must agree that your sect “has the established tenets or teachings” consistent with opposition to medical benefits.

• Amish who refuse and choose self-reliance on church providence.

• Muslims, are exempt? - Islam considers insurance to be "gambling", "risk-taking", and "usury" and is thus banned under Shira Law.  See NOTE*
  

IRS Code  Section 1402(g)(1) states Muslims are not exempt from the AFA mandate because they accept payments of Social Security, medicare and medicaid insurance.  

*NOTE: While there are some on the Internet who believe that this religious exemption applies to Islam. Sorry, but the exemption is meant for groups like the Amish.

So if you hate the individual mandate—join the Amish or an Indian tribe!

So what is in the Obama 'End-Game' here?  Some are specifically granted exemptions based on waivers, so then who pays for the Affordable Healthcare Act medical bills? What happens if the AHA implodes as it becomes too burdensome without everyone in it? A 'Single-Payer' system - socialized medicine?  Is unbridled Federal power - a Communistic state in the plans?  Hmmn.... Entire departments and numerous courses have ceased to observe any scholarly discipline, instead turning inward to excite and outward to activate an attitude promoting social injustice into a frenzy creating liberal causes that lead to public unrest, and to whose questionable benefit?

Deception is false reality that's imposed on a true reality. As both a fragile and complex interweaving of either truths, half-truths, lies, and lies of omission, one must be skilled in the fine art of deception to successfully deceive.

Many politicians have worked hard to reach this pinnacle, that zenith, to fall far during their storied careers - Presidents Nixon, Clinton, now Obama has joined that elusive "Presidential Liars Club". What a tribute into perpetuity to "Chicago-Style Politics" from Illinois right into the White House itself! - More Watergate Watershed Scandals?

Chicago was given the unfortunate title of "most corrupt" city in America in 2012 by a study of the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Illinois' Institute of Government and Public Affairs. University of Illinois at Chicago professor Dick Simpson, who worked on the study, told CBS Chicago that corruption among public officials has cost the city $500 million. The report cites federal data showing that, between 1976 and 2010, there were 1,531 convictions for public corruption in "the federal district dominated by Chicago," according to the Associated Press.

This becomes the tangled web we weave, especially when first we practice to deceive in "Illinois Politics - a long held tradition for generations".

Governors Convicted & Went To Prison:

• Rod Blagojevich — Governor from 2003 through 2009,
• George Ryan — Governor from 1999 through 2003.
• Dan Walker — Governor from 1973-1977.
• Otto Kerner — Governor from 1961-1968.
• William G. Stratton — Governor from 1953-1961.
• Lennington Small — Governor from 1921-1929.
• Joel Matteson — Governor from 1853-1857.

Politicians Convicted & Went To Prison: 

• U.S. Rep. Dan Rostenkowski — Pleaded guilty to corruption charges and left office in 1995
• U.S. Rep. Mel Reynolds — Convicted of misconduct with a 16-year-old campaign volunteer and resigned in 1995.
• Secretary of State Paul Powell — Roughly $800,000 was found stuffed in shoe boxes Powell's home after he died in 1970.
• Auditor Orville Hodge — Pleaded guilty in the 1950s to embezzling more than $1.5 million from the state while in office. He used the money to buy two planes, four automobiles and homes in Illinois and Florida.
• Attorney General William Scott — Convicted of tax fraud and spent a year in prison in the 1980s. Was Illinois attorney general from 1969-80.

The Obama War on Terror Doctrine

Meaningful political discourse becomes a debate of words rather than substance as Obama argues semantics, which historically is his game of choice, so that issues cannot be discussed as the clock runs out, witness past Obama debates.

Cindy Crowley interferes with Debate regulations and rules.The Romney debate claim that Obama never said an "act of terror" was behind the Benghazi murders became a semantics argument. President Obama angrily looked over at Candy Crowley, the Town Hall moderator, and barked an order, "Candy, get the transcript!". Candy Crowley jumped to and quickly found a document and then interrupted the Presidential condidates' heated exchange to "fact check" for the President that he had said it, while adding about two weeks later it was indeed called a "terrorist attack" as Romney said too. Obama loudly called out, "Can you say that a little louder, Candy?", demanding Candy to speak up again and thereby avoided being put in a position of attacking his opponent to look mean spirited to maintain his "likeability poll percentage".  It hit me on how did Obama think he could even access a transcript to use in his debate? Then, Candy acted as she already knew her mark and pulled out that rose garden transcript on cue from her podium for the quick read.

A small applause broke out after Candy Crowley read the transcript, loudly from Michelle Obama and a few supporters too.  I never heard any applause from anyone else during the debate until the end.  I guess the request for the applause decorum rules went out the window along with the moderator comments butting in too.

The next day on CNN Candy said she had erred as Romney was “right in the main” but “picked the wrong word.”  She was not "neutral" and her retraction was too little, too late since many debate viewers would never hear it. Candy carried over Obama to clinch a win.

What Obama supporters are now saying is Romney wrongly stated that Obama never said "a terrorist attack" when he indeed called it. A video on the day after in the rose garden shows Obama mentioned "act of terror" in a general sense of world problems.  But Romney was right, implying there was no direct call out for the event as a "planned terrorist attack" and instead Obama later said "Libya was a protest caused by a video".

The fact still remains that Obama's Rose Garden words require some tortured logic to be considered Obama's declaration of terrorism at Benghazi.  Afterwards, Obama wouldn't even call it "terrorism" and blamed an anti-Muslim video when interviewed by The View women nearly 2 weeks after the murders while Susan Rice, Assistant Sec. of State, and Jay Carney, White House Secretary, repeated the mantra on all of the T.V. news outlets.  The next day at the UN all he could point as the cause of the violence was a Youtube  anti-Muslim video that virtually nobody in the Middle East had seen.

Obama lied to us at this town hall debate by parsing his rose garden speech and subsequent interviews leading people away from asking why our defenses were let down under The Obama War on Terror Doctrine: "Bin laden is dead, Kadafi is gone and the War of Terror is over."

The consensus of many observers concluded the debate performance was highly charged. Obama stopped his hemorrhaging after the first debate; but, according to his handlers, he did not have an appreciable net gain of voters, about nil. 

Romney actually won on personal issues while the debate points overall were judged by appearances as even. This is an important distinction since the Romney-Ryan budget plan, taxes and deficits, energy independence and Jobs with household income were Romney's strengths verses Obama's weak answers.

Romney, however, was the real winner from this debate since he will win the 2012 Presidential Election.

Hey! Isn't this the notorious month before the November Presidential Elections? It's time for the big "October Surprise"! So who's going to pull a rabbit out of the hat to lie and distort the facts?

The Sorcerer had attempted during the Veep Debate to conger up and cast a mind-boggling spell over the electorate to distort, stonewall and lie about the facts on the 9/11/12 Islamic Terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya. His loud, boisterous, chiding chants during his own riotous laughter disrupted the debate so that all of the voters clearly heard clown talk from a  guy that's a bullet away from the Presidency.

The Magician failed to "Wow!" the folks with the unemployment rate below 8% given that the 7.8% in all likelihood will be adjusted upward as all of these numbers have done after every rollout during the Obama administration. Obama cannot wave a wand to make these bad numbers simply disappear before election day, November 6th, 2012.

After four years, the deep, dark secret is finally out... there never really was a "Master Magician" or "Grand Sorcerer", only a Magician's assistant and a Sorcerer's apprentice doing amateur shell games to hide all of their moves!  It's time to stop with the all of the illusions and look at reality. We need true leadership - Vote Romney and Ryan!
