 Before everyone's eyes all glaze over in a comatose state, you should realize that this Treaty is what our Federal government wants us to ignore...  Do not pay any attention to the guy behind the curtain... and it's not the Wizard of Oz!

Treaty Terms & Conditions

• Fixes prices with Drug Mfgs in Federal National Healthcare Programs - Big Pharma deals.

• Limits Internet freedom by government controls under the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA).

• Limits how U.S. federal and state officials could regulate foreign firms operating within U.S. boundaries, with requirements to provide them greater rights than domestic firms;

• Extends the incentives for U.S. firms to offshore investment and jobs to lower-wage countries;

• Establishs a two-track legal system that gives foreign firms new rights to skirt U.S. courts and laws, directly sue the U.S. government before foreign tribunals and demand compensation for financial, health, environmental, land use and other laws they claim undermine their TPP privileges; and

• Allows foreign firms to demand compensation for the costs of complying with U.S. financial or environmental regulations that apply equally to domestic and foreign firms.

How could an International Treaty this  extremely dangerous and restrictive to destroy our sovereign laws of the United States have gotten so far? The process has been shockingly secretive. In 2010 TPP countries agreed not to release negotiating texts until four years after a deal was done or  abandoned.

This means that although the TPP could rewrite vast swaths of domestic policy affecting every aspect of our lives - the public, press and Congress are locked out.

Astoundingly, Senator Ron Wyden, chair of the Senate committee with official jurisdiction over TPP, has been denied access even to US proposals to the negotiations. But 600 corporate representatives serving as official US trade advisers have full access to TPP texts and a special role in negotiations. Why? So they can do behind-the-back-door, under-handed, special interest, good-old-boy, sweet-heart, shady deals?

When challenged about the conflict with the Obama administration’s touted commitment to transparency, Trade Representative Kirk noted that after the release of the Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA) text in 2001, that deal could not be completed. In other words, the official in charge of the TPP says the only way to complete the deal is to keep it secret from the people, the U.S. citizens, who would have to live with the results.

As Nancy Pelosi said: "We Have to Pass the Bill So That You Can Find Out What Is In It" - Is that still good advice?... Oops, wrong! That's talking about another Bill that already passed!

Debbie Wasserman Schultz Baffles Anderson Cooper

Call it denial - complete denial as Debbie Wasserman Shultz was grilled by CNN Reporter Anderson Cooper.  It is certainly refreshing to watch her squirm as she gets a smarmy know--it-all grin as if to say, "I can say any lie I want and no reporter will question me in this liberal news reporting cycle of today."  In just the first minute of the interview Debbie realizes she is in trouble - just look at the shock on her face and nervous angry stares in her eyes while being caught quite off guard by her inquisiter, another liberal.  Oh, for shame Debbie!

Regardless of whether or not you agree with Anderson Cooper’s politics, the guy is arguably one of the last real journalists left in the mainstream media. During his CNN show on Thursday, August 23, 2012 the host proved that during his “Keeping Them Honest” segment where he ripped into Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) for “misquoting” a Los Angeles Times article in a fundraising email, in which she attempted to tie GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney’s abortion stance to Rep. Todd Akin’s. Akin came under fire this week from all sides for arguing that women’s bodies can prevent pregnancies in cases of “legitimate rape.”

Cooper was persistent in trying to coax an apology out of Schultz, but she remained defiant throughout the entire segment.

The email in question argued that the GOP “just voted to embrace Akin’s position by including a constitutional ban on all abortions — even in cases of rape or incest — in their 2012 platform.”

Schultz also criticizes Romney and his running mate Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) in the email for “saying they don’t entirely agree with that plank.” Cooper then addressed the LA Times quote that Schultz used to make her point, which he says she “misquoted.” From the email:

“…but guess what? The Los Angeles Times reported yesterday that the platform was, and I quote, ‘written at the direction of Romney’s campaign.’”

Those exact words did actually appear in the LA Times, Cooper explained, but Schultz took them “completely out of context.”

Obama's Coin Purse Change

Which President spends more coins daily than any other President in recent history?

Funny how some Presidents look at the government coin purse.  Obama doesn't do a budget because he thinks of income taxes as "Chump Change" of the unwashed masses and doesn't care how much debt deficits he unilaterally runs up. All the other Presidents planned around their fiscal year government budgets of what they could spend while working with Congress to get their appropriations approved.

He then imperiously plunders the overburdened taxpayers further while spending his booty as he dispenses generous social welfare largess to further income redistribution. In using a false baseline to compare himself to past presidents, Obama now said today, "Federal spending has risen at the slowest pace in sixty years under his administration."

The United States is now catching up with France in income taxes to pay for Obama's socialist government programs. FYI: 1€ = $1.2736 - In 2011, Will Smith earned $35 Mil/yr. or would pay $26 Mil/yr taxes and nets $9 Mil/yr. living in France. Currently Smith pays U.S. Income Taxes of $12.25 Mil/yr., lives in California and pays 11% state income tax which is going up in 2013 to 13%, $4.5 Mil/yr., for a total U.S. tax bill of $16.75 Mil/Yr. Smith saves $10 Mil/yr and doubles his net income to $20 Mil/yr - "God Bless America!"

Wait until 2013 income tax rates hit everyone's pocketbooks! - Bush Income Tax Rates expire, Capital Gains taxes go up, Child Deductions slashed, 401K & IRA Limits go down, Property Tax write-off go away.

• 10% on taxable income from $0 to $8,700, plus
• 15% on taxable income over $8,700 to $35,350, plus
• 25% on taxable income over $35,350 to $85,650, plus
• 28% on taxable income over $85,650 to $178,650, plus
• 33% on taxable income over $178,650 to $388,350, plus
• 35% on taxable income over $388,350.

2013 Tax rates are scheduled to change as follows:

The 10% rate will be collapsed into the 15% rate; the 25% rate will become 28%; the 28% rate will become 31%; the 33% rate will become 36%; and the 35% rate will become 39.6%.

Did anyone also tell Will Smith about the French Wealth Tax called "Impôt de solidarité sur la fortune" (ISF)? - The is on top of the 75% income tax rate. If you live in France, then the whole of your worldwide assets must be taken into consideration for the purposes of the tax. In determining your wealth the total net assets of the whole household are taken into consideration. The scope of assets which must be included in the calculation are all cash and property owned by the household, as well as cars, jewels, furniture, shares, fine wines and other valuables. The current Wealth Tax rate ranges from 0.75% to 1.8%.

Currently, French Wealth Tax is a "voluntary tax". In the event that the tax authorities decide that you are liable to pay Wealth Tax, they are entitled to collect arrears of payment over the proceeding 10 years.

So, Wealth tax is a Direct Tax levied on private property. Power to levy Wealth Tax is derived by Constitutional laws levied by the Central Government to redistribute incomes. The objective of imposing this is to tax the unproductive assets of the society owned by individuals to maintain equality in the society.  Hmm...Is this another new idea for a U.S. Federal tax revenue source, a "Pay your Fair Share" tax?

What does this World News mean to Me?

During our 2012 United States Presidential election, the voters will have a clear choice on how to be governed under our Constitutional laws.  Thankfully we do not have to fight to get out of a repressive political system, but we do have to chose who will head our leadership going forward.

“If you don’t have a record to run on, then you paint your opponent as someone people should run from. You make a big election about small things,” said Obama in 2008.  We should be watchful concerning abortion rights, civil rights, gay rights.  But, these are by Obama's definition small things since our focus should be on the big picture about our country's economic future.  Otherwise, all of these other issues are meaningless if all the people do not have the basics such as food, jobs and money. 

The are huge differences between Obama and Romney economic beliefs. American voters in November will have a choice between a Obama who feels government bureaucrats make the best decisions, best allocate the resources, and create jobs better than individuals, families, and businesses, and that significantly increased federal spending that causes onerous debt levels and damaging tax burdens are good economic policies. The U.S. is heading to over $16 Trillion in debt and needs another debt ceiling raise to sustain spending ...Hello Greece, Spain, France. Ireland and the rest of the bankrupt European Union countries we are discreetly loaning money to through U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner?

Iran Hangs Alleged Israeli Agent
