Will Obama to act any different? ...Nah!!

On May 8, 2012, voters in North Carolina approved a constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriage defining marriage as between a man and a woman. The measure passed 61 percent to 39 percent.

Afterwards, Democrat Governor Beverly Perdue told North Carolina’s WITN-TV. “Folks areGovernor Beverly Perdue saying what in the world is going on with North Carolina, we look like Mississippi” and saying it would “harm families” and “write discrimination into the constitution.”

Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant, a Republican, fired back at Gov. Perdue later in the day by calling her remarks “petty” and “very disappointing” and “To be able to use Mississippi in a disparaging way on a popular vote in her own state."

Actually, this Democrat Governor mirrors what Obama has in store for the voters after he wins another term in November 2012.  Then, Obama will loudly shout out his true beliefs and motives to bring them roaring out into the plain view of everyone to see, otherwise too late to stop him for his last four years. They both are not running for a second term, so they have nothing to lose!

Trayvon's Gold TeethThe mainstream news media spin on this black hate crime story has been exposed.  The culprits?  Facebook and Twitter, the victim himself exposed who he really was in his own words, pictures, tweets and blogs.

Trayvon Martin was not the young victim, a black boy that was jumped, beaten and shot as he walked home with a bag of skittles while talking to his girlfriend on a cell phone. Obama seemed to accept the fresh-faced innocence of Trayvon Martin without further looking into the facts and said so too to further his Presidential election image of compassion for black racial hatred.

Obama stated, “If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon.” - Oh really, Mister President??  Hmmm...

His attorney stated Trayvon was expelled for ten days from school for a relatively minor offense ofTrayvon's Tattoo - Right Arm Elbow "entering and being in an unauthorized area”.  It was not mentioned just prior to  that, a few days earlier, he had a fist fight with a school bus driver which would possibly indicate more bad behavior. Now, why was he staying at his father’s house, so far away from school?

As it turns out, Trayvon was suspended a number of times from Krop Senior High School in Miami Gardens for infractions ranging from tardiness and truancy up to possession of marijuana and a screwdriver that the school's security staff described as a "burglary tool."

It is interesting that already Trayvon’s family premptively has sealed his school records before proceeding in the upcoming trial.

Trayvon didn’t really live there with his father and was only in town because of the suspension. It may explain why George Zimmerman, who by all accounts seemed to stay on top of everything that happened in his neighborhood, didn’t recognize him that evening. There also had been a rash of burglaries in the area which probably heightened resident awareness of strangers prowling the neighborhoods.

However it started, witnesses described to the 911 dispatcher what resulted: the neighborhood watch coordinator, 5-foot-9 and 170 pounds, and the visitor, 6-foot-1 and 150, wrestling on the ground.

The NY Times quietly reported that Zimmerman weighed 170 pounds and Martin weighed 150.

Girlfriend's Mother"Tray", as his bros called him, was only 17, he already was sporting gold teeth, and several large tattoos. One was on his wrist, apparently of his girlfriend’s mother’s name, Sybuna.

Trayvon's facebook wall Facebook on February 5th, a friend posts on his wall asking to talk business. Tray says he has no phone available and his friend says, “Damn were u at a nigga needa plant.”

Unless Tray was selling potted posies, it seems fairly obvious that he may have been known among his friends as the go-to guy for selling other pot plants,  marijuana, ya think?

On Trayvon’s MySpace page, at least one of his top friends, Romario305, is featured making a gang sign towards the camera in his default profile picture. 

The media’s central theme is that Trayvon Martin was a normal, happy, well-adjusted teenager. Instead of that, we are seeing Tray's long suspensions from school, tattoos, racially-charged epitaphs, drugs and violence.

The irony is that Tray himself is now reaching out of the grave to show everyone what his facebook and twitter friends already know, just look at his own pages he created which shows a drug dealer, gang banger and school drop-out?   Trayvon Martin is the best one in the witness stand for the defense.

Travon Martin and George Zimmerman and will now become Obama's rhetorical devices in the heated, never-ending national disagreements about race and guns. It's abundently clear to Obama: "Never let a serious crisis go to waste."

Meet The Real Trayvon Martin: Evidence Emerges He Was A Drug Dealer And Gang Banger

The issue of Trayvon Martin and gang ties is significant for several reasons, not the least of which is that the blocks he was walking that night were under siege in the days prior by burglars. Were the burglars Trayvon and fellow gang members? Was the Skittles run cover for casing the houses?

The media narrative being sold is quite clear, Trayvon Martin is the innocent victim here and George Zimmerman is a horrible bigot who attacked the young man for doing nothing more than buying skittles while being black. Even Barack Obama seems to accept the fresh-faced innocence of Trayvon, stating, “If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon.” More on that later.

It’s becoming more and more clear however that the innocent appearance the mainstream media is so desperate to apply to Trayvon isn’t at all accurate. The picture we’re used to seeing to represent Trayvon Martin appears to be a far cry from how he actually looked once he was a few years older. Extended School Suspension

There has been a lot of analysis about the character of George Zimmerman in the media, and surprisingly little about Trayvon Martin.

For instance, a few days before he was killed, Trayvon was suspended from school for ten days.

Still, Trayvon had nonviolent behavioral issues in school, and on the day he was killed, he had been suspended for 10 days from Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School in North Miami-Dade. “He was not suspended for something dealing with violence or anything like that. It wasn’t a crime he committed, but he was in an unauthorized area [on school property],” Martin said, declining to offer more details. Before that, Trayvon attended Miami Carol City High School near his mother’s home in Miami Gardens.

There has been very little follow-up in investigating exactly why Trayvon was suspended for such a long period of time for what seems to be the relatively minor offense of “being in an unauthorized area.” In most schools, something like that would be a detention, or one-day, in school suspension at most. Not ten days.

Of course, this is why Trayvon was staying as his Father’s house, so far away from school. And it also explains why George Zimmerman, who by all accounts seemed to stay on top of everything that happened in his neighborhood, didn’t recognize him that evening, Trayvon didn’t really live there, and was only in town because of the suspension.

It seems we may not find out more anytime soon, as a lawyer representing Trayvon’s family has sealed his school records.

Multiple Tattoos

To learn more about Trayvon’s character, we have to look to his friends and family to offer clues. Unfortunately, it seems as if most people who knew him are intent on cleaning up his image, rather than discussing what Trayvon was really like.

Even though Trayvon was only 17, he already was sporting gold teeth, and several large tattoos. This one was on his wrist, apparently of his girlfriend’s mother’s name.

Twitter

It seems that Tray was also on Twitter, but his account seems to have been recently deleted by his family or friends.

His screen name was “@NO_LIMIT_NIGGA, as you can see from the twitpic account screenshot above. He was also a member of a twitter hash group #team4dat.

At first, I was skeptical that anyone would maintain an account with that sort of derogatory slur in the title, but after doing some research, it’s apparent that it was Trayvon’s account.

The account was in existence long before the shooting occurred a few weeks ago, and was deleted only recently, there are still dozens of references to @NO_LIMIT_NIGGA in google’s cache.

The associated twitpic account matches the account name and is still online at the time of publication. Most of the pics were uploaded months ago, so this account was associated with Trayvon long before the shooting took place.

Several of Tray’s friends have been very open about referring to Trayvon using that account as well. His cousin, who is quite active on Twitter, refers to Trayvon more than a dozen times using the @NO_LIMIT_NIGGA nickname.

Violence & Gang Activity

There seem to be several allusions to violence on Tray’s Twitter account.

His friends posted supportive messages using it as well, about how happy they were that Trayvon whooped Zimmerman’s ass before he died.

Another post makes reference to Trayvon having “swung on a bus driver” a few days before he died.

There is also fairly direct evidence that Trayvon may have been a small-time drug-dealer.

Unless Trayvon was selling Orchids, it seems fairly reasonable to posit that he may have been somewhat well-known among his friends for selling marijuana.

Keith "Overbite" ...err Olbermann Update

I guess when a guy like Keith Olbermann just keeps sticking his fingers into his own eyes and ears, he becomes blind and deaf to what everyone knows.  Please read on what the great unwashed said in the NY Post comments section:

Olbermann at loose ends

Unemployed, perennially confrontational talking head Keith Olbermann aimlessly wandered around Central Park South earlier this week, seemingly looking for a friend or a purpose.

Our spies snapped unflattering pictures of Olbermann decked out in a giant red pullover and clownishly baggy jeans as he strolled 59th Street near Seventh Avenue, smelling the roses — or, in this case, the horse manure, allergens and aromas from a nearby food cart.

Spies said dejected Olbermann parked himself on CPS and stared into space for several minutes before slinking off by himself.

Olbermann appeared out of sorts.

But in contrast to Wednesday’s schlumpy appearance, he looked ready to take on the world again yesterday, when he declined to speak to The Post outside his Upper East Side pad. A clean-shaven Olbermann, in sunglasses and a blue golf shirt, politely waved at a reporter before quickly walking the other way. He didn’t return calls from Page Six, and his manager, Michael Price, didn’t return e-mails.

Olbermann last month was fired from his $10-million-a-year Current TV job, where he hosted “Countdown.” He joined the channel last June after his departure from MSNBC in January 2011. He filed a wrongful termination suit against Current TV seeking $50 million to $70 million, and the network countersued.

Olbermann’s MSNBC protégée, Rachel Maddow, said she couldn’t believe they axed him.

“Totally shocked,” Maddow said. “I did not know it was coming, it was crazy.”

Obama Drug Shortages

After recently suffering with a seemingly benign case of an itchy outer ear irritation, it developed into a dangerous bout within forty-eight hours into a full blown staph infection with an ambulance ride to the emergency room. It then required around-the-clock hospitalization with intravenous administered drugs, Rocephin and Vancomycin IVs, to knock out the deadly celluitis skin infection. I really learned first hand why it is important to have the best and most powerful drugs at one's disposal in a dire emergency, after all it's your life at stake.  That is the reason for me to get the word out about the "drug shortages" in the United States.

Blame Bush

The October 31, 2011 executive order from Obama directing the FDA to broaden reporting of potential shortages illustrate to us, in the great unwashed, how much better things are when only the President just goes ahead by himself, without having to take the legislature into account, and does all what he deems that needs to be done. Obama's unilateral Presidential action to fix the drug shortages have been plaguing American hospitals since 2005 ...And why 2005, seven years ago? ...And not before?

Well, President George W. Bush signed into law the Medicare Modernization Act, Section 303(c) which took effect on January 1, 2005. It is curiously somewhat surprising that this time President Obama failed to take full advantage of the occasion. Namely, Obama did not blame George Bush for the drug shortages. He missed a real opportunity there, because had he done so he would have been more correct than usual ...But why not blame Bush?

I believe this is another "Black Swan" Event that Obama capitalized upon because it fits into his socialist medicine agenda of the Federal Obamacare Program "explaining after the fact" (a Black Swan function) why the need to control healthcare. Obama now tightens his stranglehold further around the necks of the drug manufacturers by another executive order to centrally control medicine further while bypassing congress again.  Hmmm....

Drug Shortages

Shortages of certain critical drugs have become a serious problem over the past seven years or so. Generally speaking the drug shortages have involved sterile, injectable generic drugs. Sterile injectables are relatively expensive to make, and because the requirement for sterility dictates they must have a finite (and relatively short) shelf life, they are relatively expensive to manage logistically after they are made. Progressive Liberals do not bring to the light of day this distinction about drugs as injectables verses pills in general, instead opting to categorically villify the "Big Pharma" company greed in their attacks.

The shortages are in some of the more important and critical drugs used in medicine, including “crash cart” cardiovascular drugs, antibiotics, and important chemotherapy agents used for cancer. In recent years increasing numbers of patients with life-threatening illnesses have not been able to receive the drugs they need to optimize their odds of survival, and they have had to receive some substitute therapy, that is, instead of getting the drug they ought to have, they get a drug that is available. When your life is in the balance this is not a pleasant thing.

The reason for the shortages is said to be “multifactorial,” and includes: insufficient production space, disruptions in the supply of raw materials, several drug makers opting out of the generic drug business, and a spate of manufacturing quality issues that have resulted in prolonged production interruptions. The term “drug company greed” often hovers just beneath the surface of such explanations.

The formal position the FDA has taken to explain the growing drug shortages invokes all of the above multifactorials.   And since none of these manifold causes are under the direct control of the FDA, the agency concludes, clearly it is not to blame, but no one brings up the Medicare Modernization Act of 2003 mandating the intrusive powers of the FDA authority and the volumes of onerous regulations in the multifactorials. Medicare Modernization Act of 2003 - Section 303(c)

We find that a recent Medicare law (Section 303(c) of the Medicare Modernization Act of 2003 strictly limits the price Medicare will pay for “injectable” generic drugs. Prices for these drugs can still rise, but only by 6% or less, and only once every six months.  Congress (in its great wisdom and expertise in matters economic) made the judgment that this kind of price rise would be sufficient to balance market forces. But, Congress got it wrong.

The margins companies get for generic drugs are already low. And the cost of making (and managing the distribution of) sterile, injectable drugs is inherently higher than for most generic drugs. So the profit margins for these drugs, already low, was severely challenged by these new price controls.

The industry reacted quite rationally and predictably to this new law. The big companies, which could maximize their profits by devoting their manufacturing space to other products, got out.

The root cause of any persistent product shortage is almost always the same. For one reason or another, the cost of providing the product has outstripped the price the product-maker can get for selling the finished product.

In general, truly persistent shortages will only occur when the product-makers cannot increase the price they get for their finished product sufficiently to keep up with a rising cost of production. In this case profit margins shrink or even become negative, and the incentive to expand production, or even to stay in that business, A Taxpayer Paying his Obamacare Billdisappears. This is a true shortage – the demand is still there, and customers are willing and able to pay the price being asked, but the product-makers are no longer able to supply the product at that price. Unless the mismatch between the cost of production and the price of the finished product is repaired, the product shortage becomes persistent or even permanent.

Such a persistent cost/price mismatch does not occur in a free market. It occurs when some Central Authority acts to control prices (often, to be sure, while simultaneously acting to increase the cost of production).

A Central Authority can cap effective price a product-maker can get for his/her product by implementing overt or hidden price controls; by increasing marginal tax rates high enough to push the product-maker’s risk/reward calculation to favor inaction; and by instituting windfall profit taxes that do the same thing -- The companies are forced to stop drug production and thereby create shortages.

Coca Cola executives who recently decided to stop supporting the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) did so in response to demands from an obscure left-wing activist group, Color of Change (COC).

On its web site, COC said ALEC should be boycotted because "the right wing has been trying to stop Black people, other people of color, young people, and the elderly from voting — and now some of America’s biggest companies are helping them do it. Demand that these companies stop funding the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC)."

The conservative ALEC group's model Voter ID laws require those seeking to vote in state and local elections to present photo IDs, just as commercial airline passengers are required to do when going through security or when customers in a pharmacy buy certain prescription or over-the-counter drugs.

Color of Change was co-founded in 2005 by James Rucker Van Jones - 911 Truther says Bush knew about NY Attack.and Van Jones,  ousted former Obama Green Jobs Czar. Though ColorOfChange.org claims to have more than 81,000 "members," the group, which is registered with the IRS as a 501(C)(4) advocacy organization, has a small paid staff of four people and revenues of $515,219, according to its 2010 Form 990 tax return. Only $21,000 was listed for employee salary and benefits costs.

James Rucker - ActivistJames Rucker is named by the 990 as the executive director, but no compensation figures are included for him, even though he is listed as devoting 40 hours per week to the organization. Formerly, Rucker was director of grassroots mobilization at MoveOn.org, a George Soros funded organization.

George SorosOnly one other officer is listed, Heidi Hess, who is named "director," but spends only two hours per week on COC business and receives no compensation, according to the 990.

Rucker is described by Huffington Post as "co-founder of ColorOfChange.org. Founded in the wake of Katrina, ColorOfChange.org is the leading online citizen lobby for African-Americans and their allies like GetEQUAL.

Glenn Beck in his studioIn a related incident, the boycott of Fox News host Glenn Beck gathered more steam in August 2009 when companies pulled their ads from his show, Color of Change organizers said. A total of 20 companies have pulled their ads Color of Change said including Geico, ConAgra, RadioShack, Men's Wearhouse, State Farm, Sargento and Procter & Gamble.

A Fox News spokeswoman said: "The advertisers referenced have all moved their spots from Beck to other programs on the Fox network so there has been no revenue lost."

But judging from the show's broadcasts following those Color of Change comments, there were plenty of companies eager to fill the ad slots, including The Wall Street Journal, DirecTV, Honda and Oprah Winfrey's Oxygen Channel. Hundreds of Beck fans have voiced support for him in a counterprotest too.

While Glenn Beck's contract on Fox has never been a big money-maker for Beck -- it makes up $2 million of a $40 million annual income.  His books have consistently been at the top of the Amazon Best Seller List too.

Since June 2011, Glenn Beck went back on the air to start GBTV, his own successful internet televison station, and a  radio talk-show along with other related interests in Dallas, Texas.
