Obama's Past History Still Shows Up in 2015

This President, as a charismatic Illinois senator, has enjoyed a lifetime of hagiography, like writing a book of idolizing saints or venerated persons, starting with an 800-word story in The New York Times the day after his law school's election in February, 1990 as the "first black president of the Harvard Law Review"--Let's clear up the "facts."

Here is the real background story: 

Obama was elected after a lengthy, apparently contentious meeting lasting from Saturday into the early morning Sunday hours ending a "marathon voting session" in which he finally won on the 19th ballot of the Harvard Law Review's 80 editors. Historically, editors were picked on the basis of the highest grades, the president of the Law Review was the student with the highest academic rank.

In the 1970's, a dispute began as the academic ratings were replaced by a program favoring minorities in which about half the editors now are chosen for their grades and the other half are chosen by fellow students after a special writing competition. Also, Harvard no longer academically ranks its law students for any purpose including a guide to recruiters so as to not discriminate against minorities. Does that say something for the 'best' academically speaking? Will they know the difference between a 'tort,' a 'tart' or a 'fart?' 

This certainly besmirches some of Barack Obama's crowning accomplishments as:

• The "President of the Harvard Law Review" was not as prestigious as Obama widely presented because it was then based upon a reduced academic grade rating favoring lower grade point averages of minorities in the selection criteria. This opinion follows some reports that he was not even that active nor that involved with the Law Review's week to week activities going forward. It seems Obama treated it more like just a bullet point on his resume to check off than a serious collegiate educational endeavor. 

Obama was not a 'Constitutional law professor' as many of his supporters dishonestly tout; but was only a 'guest lecturer,' an enormous difference at the University of Chicago School of Law. 

A left-wing site, FactCheck.org said: “Barack Obama was NOT a Constitutional Law Professor at the University of Chicago. That’s technically true." The official press release by the University further supported that fact denying Obama any forum to counter the rebuke of his ambiguous claim--more braggadocio again to inflate his false credentials.

"The University of Chicago Law School has received many media requests about Barack Obama, especially about his status as "Senior Lecturer."

"From 1992 until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004, Barack Obama served as a professor in the Law School. He was a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996. He was a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004, during which time he taught three courses per year. Senior Lecturers are considered to be members of the Law School faculty and are regarded as professors, although not full-time or tenure-track. The title of Senior Lecturer is distinct from the title of Lecturer, which signifies adjunct status. Like Obama, each of the Law School's Senior Lecturers has high-demand careers in politics or public service, which prevent full-time teaching. Several times during his 12 years as a professor in the Law School, Obama was invited to join the faculty in a full-time tenure-track position, but he declined." [Those legally crafted words in this press release are an insult to any reader's intelligence as they conclude you are too stupid to see through the double-talk, double-speak, gobbly-gook; simply put, if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, then it is like a lawyer ducking the real truth.] 

NOTE: The statements that "Senior Lecturers are....regarded as professors" and that "Senior Lecturer is distinct from the title of Lecturer" together imply that Lecturers are not regarded as professors or as members of the Law School faculty. And yet the press release says that President Obama was a professor at the law school for both his four years as a Lecturer and his eight subsequent years as a Senior Lecturer. The meaning of the terms "regarded as" and "considered to be" are not explained. 

During his college years as a community, socialist organizer Obama had been taking a national training course on the left-wing, radical anarchist Saul Alinsky's methods of organizing groups too. This picture above was represented in publications as Barack 'teaching' Constitutional Law at the University of Chicago University Law school. Obama is actually writing down and diagramming the principles from Saul Alinsky's book, 'Rules for Radicals'. That is hardly 'Constitutional Law' since it espouses to breed anarchy against capitalism by undermining our democratic principles under U.S. laws.

Obama has claimed he taught law at the University of Chicago which has also been debunked by his own handlers as a case of braggadocio, but everyone honestly knows it's really more like a plain lie.

In the University of Chicago as well as academia, 'professor' is the highest academic rank, normally awarded only to tenured teachers after many years of experience and many successful publications. Mr. Obama had none of these qualifications, and never went through the necessary process of being awarded professor rank, so was deemed a 'guest lecturer" and the class he taught the most times was called "Current Issues in Racism and the Law." This is more like doing nothing to get a 2009 Nobel Peace Prize like a toy surprise in a box of Cracker Jack.

In 1985, Obama worked for Business Int'l. Corp., BIC, as a backroom researcher writing reference reports about Financing Foreign Operations about outsourcing jobs overseas." "BIC was a “sweatshop,” as one colleague recalls, where as office drones they banged away on WANG computers and smoked cigarettes. Obama didn’t like the job. He told his mother that it was “working for the enemy” and wrote that his brief foray into business was like a “spy” “working behind enemy lines.” Obama echoed the view of Marxist “dependency theory,” an economic illiteracy which holds that Third World countries are impoverished by Western imperialists who steal their wealth."

"Obama argued in 2008 that his role, not as a chain-smoking typing pool drone, but as a “financial analyst” for a year in 1985 made him able to deal with the economic downturn plaguing the nation. He was no financial genius, but he marketed himself as one anyway."--just more braggadocio.

He eventually earned a Law Degree in 1991 but never actively practiced in a courtroom arguing any case as a lawyer either; instead after graduating from Harvard he was hired by Miner, Barnhill, & Galland, a small politically-connected law firm that specialized in government housing projects. That is a polite way of saying "slum housing" which by the way was run by a wealthy black Chicago elite, the Valerie Jerrett family. Valerie became his handler and later his White House Chief of Staff that advised him on all of his decisions. So under similar questionable contract deals was where Obama would meet influential real estate developers like, later convicted felon, Tony Rezko.

Tony Rezco & Obama at a fundraiser.Tony Rezko later helped Barack to bolster his personal loan package documents to buy up in qualifying for a more expensive house through two highly questionable real estate deals to pay down the price. Both actions would be clear violations of Senate ethics rules baring the granting or asking of favors. After that real estate debacle hit the papers, Obama later was called out for his illegal house financing deal with Rezko and Obama offered a mea culpa by admitting it was "a bone-headed decision" in order to politically clear the way for his 2007 White House Presidential Campaign bid for the 2009 run-up.

So now, who is this guy who sealed all publicly available scholastic records, shuns familyObama & U.S. Constitution - We The People... relatives, doesn't recall childhood friends or middle school buddies or college chums? Is anyone close at all who knows this enigma of a mystery man before he came on the national scene from nowhere and why he was financed by Washington backroom power brokers for nearly one Billion dollars to run for President? Now it's 2015, and this guy is dictating how 230 Million Americans live and pay taxes?--And voters, not a one, is even just scratching their heads a little over this yet or will ever ask any questions? ...How absolutely bizarre!

Obama Hands Over A Mandate to Republicans

The 2014 Midterms are finally over! The Democrats are now shouting to the rooftops that the Republicans did not offer any new solutions for anything in this election cycle except to attack Obama. The Democrat TV Campaign ads chided the empty Republican agenda because Republicans had no plan except to say no to every bill as President Obama declared, "They are the party of NO." 

If the Republican party had no plans, then why did so many Republican candidates win in a huge wave landslide election as a rebuke against a sitting President's programs? The Republican National Committee, RNC, wisely didn't say a word to promote the Republican brand or image. Republicans did not run on ideology either. In fact this political party was not promoting a political course nationally in this midterm for their individual candidates as they slugged through fighting their own state campaigns resulting to raise regional voter awareness against Obama policies and remind them of past performance.

Egg on face about Election results.Obama attempted to explain the tremendous Democrat defeats because of the 63.4% registered voters who did not cast ballots were angry at Congress, not him. Obama has blamed no-show voters like the minorities, low income, young people, women and less educated for these losses and not his past six years as President for many failures like legislative Republican gridlock, the economy, healthcare, wages, foreign policies, immigration and terrorism. The significance of this midterm voter turnout really was a net loss of only 4.3% from 2010 to 2014, hardly a reason to dismiss or even invalidate the low vote results so typical in midterms. (See below) Besides, Obama failed to acknowledge that not all the no-shows would have voted Democrat too. 

Midterm Turnouts: put 2014 election at 36.6% of all eligible voters, compared to 2010 with 40.9 %.

Presidential Turnouts: put 2012 election at 57.5% of all eligible voters, compared to 62.3% who voted in 2008 and 60.4% who cast ballots in 2004. In 2000, the rate was 54.2%.

So what did the electorate vote for in this midterm election? Evidently voters were not looking for the Republicans to govern since both sides were being blamed for the gridlock in Washington. Instead, the Republicans were looked upon as the only way to stop Barack Obama and the Democrats from running the country further into the ground. The domestic as well as foreign Obama policies are disasters. There was no other reason why Republicans were elected in this election. Is that good for Republicans? Yes, it is now an opportunity to show Republican leadership now. The voters don't trust the Republicans yet, so they have to earn the trust back by delivering a bold, positive, optimistic agenda.

How Republicans interact with Democrats is important in order to allow egos and ambitions to match the means that will meet the ends to conservative principles and goals. Here are some examples: 

• Allow Obamacare Bill changes. Instead of creating pandemonium on the Hill with a flurry of partisan bills to repeal it, why not take a small bite at a time to unfund or detach sections to bring it down to a workable size? Then look at it like bipartisan issues, for instance: 

1. The prohibitive medical equipment tax that confiscates research money has to be abolished.
2. Preserve the patient rights to keep insurance if changing employment.
3. Improve the administration of low income program exchanges. 
4. Rescind patient subsidies to remove artificial price supports to effect actual unsupportable costs causing it to collapse under its own weight. Both political sides then can win in shaping a manageable health care program while returning it back into the private sector where it can be administered with better patient care and more cost efficiency.   

• Allow Income tax revenue reform overhauls. Reduce rates down for individuals, reduce them to corporations, offer an open corporation foreign profits no income tax return amnesty period, have less passive income tax and capital gains tax so the flood gates would open up the capital markets to more investment, companies and jobs growth creation.  

1. These tax law changes would allow businesses to afford to increase the proposed minimum wage rates to low income workers. 
2. With less capital gains and passive income taxes levied, seniors and pensioners would have more retirement money to live on from savings, 401K accounts, stocks, bonds and home sales.  

• Allow Energy sectors to flourish. It would generate U.S. jobs, build the U.S. economy and sustain U.S. global dominance in the petroleum, coal and gas industry. The U.S. geopolitical influence will help all nations to keep rogue regimes in place by economic pressures to promote peace through purse strings. 

Obama Federal Debt - $18 Trillion Storm Brewing in Washington, DC.The President is already now calling for the Republican Party to come together to help fix his broken system and to make it work. Obama says it can be done through compromise by sitting down and working across the aisle together with the Democrats. He defines compromise as agreement with his policies positions to create an activist government he supports. Obama is so late and absolutely out of touch with reality since the time to have worked with the Republicans was over the past six years, not while the whole country is now in shambles.

Factoid: The top 10% of earners pay over 70% of the taxes. Over 70% of the workers earn $51,900 per year, down from $56,400 when Obama took office in 2008. (8% pay decrease) Over 50% of the electorate pay no income taxes.

The election results cannot in any way mean that voters want Republicans to work with Democrats, the winners to work with the losers under their failed Democrat programs. This election was about stopping the losers, not fixing their broken system; in this case, the Democrats from doing further damage before it is way too late. The country is depressed because of Democrats. And anybody who tells you otherwise could not be more delusional after looking at the state of the union under Obama.

The voters have issued a simple mandate to Republicans. They are tired of the dysfunction in Washington and failed policies. The mandate is not to slow down the speed of the country as it is headed over the fiscal cliffs; but that Republicans have to stop Barack Obama, to stop further deployment of Obamacare and to stop government policies that are destroying the private, free-enterprise economy to avoid those cliffs.

In order to bring unity Obama as the President of the United States of America is pulling together people, communities and political parties to resolve their differences. 

There will be no Race-baiting to the lowly base values of skin color to obtain voter sympathy and gratuitious bigotted pandering in any electioneering.

So instead, during this election season the Obama Campaign machine is tirelessly turning over every rock to expose the travesties against the down-trodden: Minorities - especially blacks; 99% People left behind - economically screwed by the 1% Rich Folks; and Elderly Medicare Recipients - scared about losing their health insurance coverage.

The President has also weighed in on the Trayvon Martin killing by saying that, "If I had a son, he would look like TraObama showing his true colors.yvon." Obama, thereby, is inferring categorically the shooting as a "race case" to politicize it for his reelection campaign message rhetoric. After all, this crime was perpetrated by a white, oops, a light skinned Hispanic, on a black. It's no matter that the real evidence and case has not been ajudicated yet, only news leaks. Obama's statement further inflamed and charged up the Congressional Black Caucus, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Spike Lee into racially motivated hate publicity against injustice to black people in our American society by white people.
