It Doesn't Take A Psychic To See Obama's Future

Question: Haven't you seen people that you know what they're going to do before anything happens?  Sounds psychic, mysticalCarnac the Magnificant and clairvoyant; but in practice, it's just the art of listening! So, put down your smart phones, tablets, iPods and pull out your ear buds to listen to what is being said directly to you, the electorate.

You are being warned repeatedly by this President about his threats to the checks and balances in our Constitutional Government. The United States was never intended to be a parliamentary system and yet Obama ignores the two other branches of government - the Judiciary and Congress.

Dictator Benito Mussolini - "Il Duce" ("the Leader") Created the Fascist Party in Italy.Obama is rebalancing the system toward a "national-leader model" that is alien to the American tradition.  It is Meta-leadership, a model to build government connectivity, overarching leadership that intentionally connects the purposes and work of different organizations or organizational units. Thinking and operating beyond their immediate scope of authority as the titular head, the meta-leader entirely provides guidance, direction, and momentum across organizational lines that develop into a shared course of action and a commonality of purpose among people and agencies that are doing what may appear to be very different work to leverage system assets, information, and capacities, particularly critical functions for government. It is not democratic governance by or for the people, but autocratic leadership merging into unbridled totalitarian rule that imperiously seeks to control all aspects of public and private life whenever necessary for the common good of all the people.

A "national-leader model" is not a constitutional democracy that is constrained and limited by ingrained bureaucratic patterns of behavior. A constitutional democracy has a judiciary branch of justices making decisions based on constitutional laws and a legislative branch of representatives of the people who are proposing, passing and signing into law legislation that is mandating, establishing or regulating society as a check and balance to counter the powers of the President in the executive branch who is administering the legislation to uphold the will of the people.

So, Obama's vision of our nation's future is devoid of any individual constitutional rights, infrastructure or guidelines, a country that truly is without misconceptions - what you see is what you get - and it ain't much, as the government excesses and largess drains its treasury to rob its citizens of their wealth, freedom and future. It is a battle of redefining the government's role as a servant of the people verses growing the over-powerful, ever-oppressant, bloated, centralized federal nanny-state bureaucracy redistributing wealth.

Relying on many to forget, it was just back during the 2010 State of the Union Speech that Obama denounced the Supreme Court Justices seated in front of him. Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. winced at Obama's accusation and muttered, "Not true" under his breath, as he respectively remained quietly seated. Obama was extremely rude many said; an act of intimidation of one branch of government by another. Obama's repeated flouting of their decisions on labor issues and voting rights with Eric Holder are undermining its institutional authority, as Obama intended.

Obama and the punditocracy, his opinionated expert savants, branded House Republicans as "GRIDLOCK". This condemnation is true about "The House of Representatives", the one branch of government "representing the views of all Americans", which is chosen by this electorate to vote for them - So Obama is directly blaming the American people for all his gridlock problems with the code word "Congress".

Obama criticizes Congress, which is the American people themselves, as he mocks them over and over again by saying things like they have: "the endless parade of distractions", "political posturing", "made things worse", "ignored problems", "manufactured crises" and "created phony scandals".  Obama excoriates his "Congressional bogeymen" while standing arms length away from their supporters in order to still pander for their votes in the upcoming mid-term elections - it will be a big game changer if Obama loses his political clout, his cache', in attracting voter turnout and more donations.

Obama has at least four references in a recent speech to his intent to act on his own authority, as he interprets it: "That means whatever executive authority I have to help the middle class, I'll use it." (Applause.) And: "We're going to do everything we can, wherever we can, with or without Congress." (Applause.) (July 24, 2013 speech at Knox College in Galesburg, Ill.) It's very painful watching an audience applaud as Obama punches them in the face by attacking their chosen, duly elected "Congressmen" that Obama now has deemed to "put party and politics over the nation interests". Twisting the facts to the contrary, however, will not deny that it's still the will of the people's "Congressional Representatives" who are putting the national interests first over Obama's own party and partisan politics.

But in this administration, Obama is now free-wheeling on his own Presidential fiat that guarantees him open range on whatever he decides to do. That is up to and including dumping any laws as passed by congress or whether he is obligated to execute any laws either.

An unchecked, unbalanced Presidential system finally arrives!

Is the U.S. a Democracy or Obamaocracy?

The Obama 1964 LBJ War on Poverty Program

“Everyone is entitled to their own opinion,. but not their own facts.” ~ Senator (D-NY) Daniel Patrick Moynihan. The recent Trayvon Martin incident begged the question about where does racial profiling come from? The "facts" below answer that question.

After fifty years, the 1964 "War on Poverty" is a $15 trillion national disgrace.

It was to restore equality in education, jobs, housing and fiscal opportunities to the poor, especially to blacks. The new numbers from the 2012 Census Bureau report still shows no change since 1964 of the 15% of Americans living in poverty – and a clear sign that we are still doing something wrong.

Obama with tear stained cheek. Why is Obama still crying about income redistribution and whining that "poor blacks" are still left behind? He is complaining like nothing has been done on the Federal level to "right the wrongs" to those former slaves (Freed by the 13th Constitutional Amendment in 1865) as if in 2013, 150 years later, all the whites were still slave owners standing on their shoulders to keep them down. People should look at this phony "race hustle" to call out this "race card" charlatan - it's been getting really tiresome hearing this "black president" squawk about no chances to get ahead while elected by the voters into in the highest office in the United States and the world in 2013.

Heard any of Obama's 2013 strategies about: How to be dealing with the 73% out-of-wedlock black children birth rates leading to fatherless families like Treyvon Martin? Or what was Treyvon's mother thinking of to have more children with still another man out-of-wedlock too? Or why had Trayvon been suspended multiple times out of school, taken drugs, ran with gangs, sold dope and had gold teeth and tattoos? Or why Trayvon's mother gave up on Trayvon's drugs, friends and lifestyle to push him out the door for his father to then handle? Or how come Treyvon's own father shacked up with his girlfriend and why he had no job either?

Welfare is the organized public or private social services for the assistance of disadvantaged groups. Aid could include general Welfare payments, health care through Medicaid, food stamps, special payments for pregnant women and young mothers, and federal and state housing benefits. The Welfare system in the United States began in the 1930s, during the Great Depression. Opponents of Welfare argue that it affects work incentives.

Date Verified: 10.15.2012

Welfare Statistics
Total number of Americans on welfare 4,300,000
Total number of Americans on food stamps 46,700,000
Total number of Americans on unemployment insurance 5,600,000
Percent of the US population on welfare 4.1 %
Total government spending on welfare annually (not including food stamps or unemployment) $131.9 billion
Welfare Demographics
Percent of recipients who are white 38.8 %
Percent of recipients who are black 39.8 %
Percent of recipients who are Hispanic 15.7 %
Percent of recipients who are Asian 2.4 %
Percent of recipients who are Other 3.3 %

Factoid:  The federal government currently operates 122 different anti-poverty programs, ranging from Medicaid to the tiny Even Start Program for Indian Tribes and Tribal Organizations. All together, the federal government spent more than $591 billion in 2009 on means-tested or anti-poverty programs, and will undoubtedly spend even more this year. That amounts to $14,849 for every poor man, woman and child in America. Given that the poverty line is just $10,830, we could have mailed every poor person in America a check big enough to lift them out of poverty – and still saved money.

In 2012 the total U.S. population was 313,314,000. Per capita, the largest percent in a group of welfare recipients is black, over 51%, compared to fewer than 8% of whites. There are 50 million people on welfare and food stamps. Approximately 40% black, 40% white and the 20% remainder "others". This translates to 20 million blacks and 20 million whites on welfare. Those who identified as African American made up 12.8% of the U.S., 39 million people. Twenty million are on welfare and one million are in prison. There are 245 million whites who made up 77.9% of the US, 20 million are on welfare and one million in prison. Conversely then, there are 2.5% of all "blacks" verses .004% of all "whites" in prison with all "others" for a total of 2.3 million incarcerated prisoners population.

In 2013 the NAACP states that prison has not been proven as a rehabilitation for behavior, as two-thirds of prisoners will reoffend. That in itself offers more support for seeking significantly longer sentencing guidelines for incarceration on second and third offenses. It further rejects any remote suggestions that prison is rehabilitation, not to be confused with judicial punishment that removes from society individuals who will repeatedly commit crimes.

From 1980 to 2008, the number of people incarcerated in America quadrupled-from roughly 500,000 to 2.3 million people. As of 2008,  prisons and jails consume a growing portion of the nearly $200 billion we spend annually on public safety with $70 billion dollars spent on corrections yearly. The 2013 Gross Domestic Product is $16 trillion, so $200 billion is only 1.25% of GDP. This amount, compared to our national debt is insignificant compared to the overall societal confidence in public safety over releasing these recalcitrants back into the general populations.

Doing crime just leads to more shit!American society today does not support children's religious beliefs, morals, displays or practices in any public schools. Relying on social media, cable and internet interactions many children development is distorted wanting for parental relationships.  The family and home life teach children these set of values, but many do not have that anchor and with no moral standards will break laws. Out of 314 million people, 2.3 million convicts is only .0073% of the total population. 2/3 are repeat-offenders, so 1.5 million convicts are reimprisoned "throw-aways" which leaves 800 thousand prisoners freed.

"Perhaps its time to focus less on making poverty comfortable, and more on creating the prosperity that will get people out of poverty. That means that if we wish to fight poverty, we must end those government policies — high taxes and regulatory excess — that inhibit growth and job creation." The spotlight can then turn inward to the individuals' own resources, not to the politically corrupt politicians doling out government largess to pander for voters. We need to start another "War on Poverty" by starting a war on self-entitlement programs and school illiteracy; otherwise, we surrender now to racial profiling and save those trillions of dollars to build more prisons.

Obama's Treyvon Martin Bogus Scandal

"With an endless parade of distractions, political posturing and phony scandals, Washington has taken its eye off the ball.  And I am here to say this needs to stop.  Short-term thinking and stale debates are not what this moment requires.  Our focus must be on the basic economic issues that the matter most to you – the people we represent," Obama said.

If Obama is asking Washington to pay attention and not take the eye off the ball, then school officials in Miami-Dade County should had not instituted an unofficial policy of treating crimes as school disciplinary infractions. It allowed officials to look away and let criminal behavior go unpunished. Treyvon Martin was an unrepentant, repeat offender that simply continued without retribution or punishment to discourage more bad behavior - that strongly suggests that his aggressive posturing confrontation contributed to his own death.

Maybe Obama should call the Treyvon Martin case his "phony scandal" - it was not a "racial" or a "stand your ground" case - unless you want to make up a "bogus scandal"!

Read on for the "rest of the story" that was reported in the backpages of back sections of some newspapers.

How a Miami School Crime Cover-Up Policy Led to Trayvon Martin’s Death

By Robert Stacy McCain on 7.15.13

Robert Stacy McCain is an American conservative journalist, writer, and blogger. McCain is a former assistant national editor and reporter for The Washington Times.

The February 2012 shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin might never have happened if school officials in Miami-Dade County had not instituted an unofficial policy of treating crimes as school disciplinary infractions. Revelations that emerged from an internal affairs investigation explain why Martin was not arrested when caught at school with stolen jewelry in October 2011 or with marijuana in February 2012. Instead, the teenager was suspended from school, the last time just days before he was shot dead by George Zimmerman.

Trayvon Martin was not from Sanford, the town north of Orlando where he was shot in 2012 and where a jury acquitted Zimmerman of murder charges Saturday. Martin was from Miami Gardens, more than 200 miles away, and had come to Sanford to stay with his father’s girlfriend Brandy Green at her home in the townhouse community where Zimmerman was in charge of the neighborhood watch. Trayvon was staying with Green after he had been suspended for the second time in six months from Krop High School in Miami-Dade County, where both his father, Tracy Martin, and mother, Sybrina Fulton, lived.

Both of Trayvon’s suspensions during his junior year at Krop High involved crimes that could have led to his prosecution as a juvenile offender. However, Chief Charles Hurley of the Miami-Dade School Police Department (MDSPD) in 2010 had implemented a policy that reduced the number of criiminal reports, manipulating statistics to create the appearance of a reduction in crime within the school system. Less than two weeks before Martin’s death, the school system commended Chief Hurley for “decreasing school-related juvenile delinquency by an impressive 60 percent for the last six months of 2011.” What was actually happening was that crimes were not being reported as crimes, but instead treated as disciplinary infractions.

In October 2011, after a video surveillance camera caught Martin writing graffiti on a door, MDSPD Office Darryl Dunn searched Martin’s backpack, looking for the marker he had used. Officer Dunn found 12 pieces of women’s jewelry and a man’s watch, along with a flathead screwdriver the officer described as a “burglary tool.” The jewelry and watch, which Martin claimed he had gotten from a friend he refused to name, matched a description of items stolen during the October 2011 burglary of a house on 204th Terrace, about a half-mile from the school. However, because of Chief Hurley’s policy “to lower the arrest rates,” as one MDSPD sergeant said in an internal investigation, the stolen jewerly was instead listed as “found property” and was never reported to Miami-Dade Police who were investigating the burglary. Similarly, in February 2012 when an MDSPD officer caught Martin with a small plastic bag containing marijuana residue, as well as a marijuana pipe, this was not treated as a crime, and instead Martin was suspended from school.

Either of those incidents could have put Trayvon Martin into the custody of the juvenile justice system. However, because of Chief Hurley’s attempt to reduce the school crime statistics — according to sworn testimony, officers were “basically told to lie and falsify” reports — Martin was never arrested. And if he had been arrested, he might never have been in Sanford the night of his fatal encounter with Zimmerman.

In fact, the reason Zimmerman was patrolling the townhouse community the night of the February 2012 shooting was that there had been a rash of burglaries in the neighborhood, although there was no indication that Trayvon Martin was involved in any of those crimes.

As for Chief Hurley’s policy, it was the controversy over Martin’s death that accidentally exposed it. In March 2012, the Miami Herald reported on Martin’s troubled history of disciplinary incidents at Krop High. Chief Hurley then launched the internal affairs investigation in an attempt to find out who had provided information to the reporter. During the course of that investigation, MDSPD officers and supervisors described Chief Hurley’s policy of not reporting crimes by students. Chief Hurley was subsequently accused of sexually harassing two female subordinates. He resigned in February, about a year after Trayvon Martin’s death.

Obama - All Talk, No Go! Speeches

Obama will reboot the economy by making a half a dozen more speeches. They will order private businesses to create more available jobs immediately for the whole community, especially for unneeded, uneducated, untrained, unexperienced, unwilling, unemployed or even undocumented applicants. In recent months, Obama has been frustrated with Washington focused on what he regards as "manufactured crisis and partisan maneuvering by taking the eye off the ball instead trying to score points by refights of old battles and trumped up phony scandals." - like these:

  • Fast & Furious Cartel gun running
  • Benghazi Terrorist Attack
  • AP News Wiretaps
  • IRS Tax-Exempt Status Denials for conservative groups
  • NSA Warrantless Wiretapping Surveillance
  • GSA Spending Wild on Conventions & Expenses
  • Solyndra Solar Panel Debacle
  • A123 Systems Battery Bankruptcy

Obama knows people are laser-focused on the economy, but the union workers are fixated on the outcome of the Detroit bankruptcy. The Detroit bankruptsy filing is a test case for paying out unsustainable pension costs that focus on government excesses due to union pandering at the bargain table. Maybe it's time to look hard at how unions have overstayed their usefulness except to exchange benefits for votes - Tammany Hall politics comes to mind!

Obama's Future PredictionsSo again, it does not take any crystal ball to predict that it's to be classic Obama going behind the backs of Congress to somehow move monies around to re-fund Detroit's benefits and retirement programs for votes. All the American cities on the verge of bankruptcy will be noting Obama's strategies in his end-game coup d'etat - more taxes, more bail-out, more regulations and more future failures.

Some of his programs will require Congressional approvals, however any actions that Obama deems necessary is just set into motion through a Presidential executive order. It will be a quick, simple slight-on-hand to do the old switch-or-roo on Congress as he spends while Republicans and Democrats stand by to just watch.

Senate still has bi-partison votes.

Currently Obama is attempting to revive his plummenting 41% job approval poll number with his tired, retread, first-term "infrastructure" program to rebuild bridges and roads to create more jobs. Congress views Obama's floundering attempt as an unaffordable stimulus program bill that cannot win bipartisan passage.

Obamacare certainly does not help in selling congress with any new spending packages with so many voters on heightened alert until it is resolved. Only 3% of Americans think it is a "good idea", so why would any further Obama spending be any better?

FYI: Tammany Hall was an organization based in New York City that became famous for the extent of its widespread political corruption. By the 1850s, Democrats in New York City knew that they would not get elected without the organization's support. Between 1854 and 1934, the group essentially controlled Democratic party politics in New York City, and it had a huge influence over the city's policies and politics. Leaders of the group used an assortment of techniques to consolidate and maintain their social and political power. One extremely useful tool was immigrants to help them get on their feet in the United States in return for unquestioning political support. Money, often in very high places, ensured that it maintained a stranglehold on politics too.

Dept Of Justice - Assists Trayvon Protests

Race Hustling Democrats and DOJ spent US Taxpayer Dollars Supporting Trayvon Organized Rallies....

Judicial Watch is a conservative, non-partisan educational foundation, promoting transparency, accountability and integrity in government, politics and the law.

Community Relations Service, CRS

On June 10, 2013 Judicial Watch announced that the Department of Justice, DOJ, had turned over documents in response to a Freedom of Information Act request showing that the Community Relations Service, CRS, a small division of the DOJ,Obama's political pretrial comments about Trayvon were unfair prejudice towards the defendant while tainting the jury pool before any trial evidence was presented. was sent to Sanford, Florida after the Trayvon Martin shooting to help manage rallies and protests.

In April 2013, Breitbart News' Lee Stranahan first reported the role of the CRS in Sanford, Florida. The new documents show that from March 25 through April 12, 2012, the CRS spent thousands of dollars helping organize and “work” marches and demonstrations regarding Trayvon Martin. Tasks included:

  • Working “marches, demonstrations, and rallies related to the shooting and death of an African-American teen by a "neighborhood watch captain”.

Dept of Justice orchestrated demonstration - taxpayer paid. (Revs. Jesse Jackson & Al Sharpton on left side)

  • Providing “support for protest deployment in Florida”.
  • Providing “technical assistance to the City of Sanford, event organizers, and law enforcement agencies for the march and rally on March 31”.
  • Providing “technical assistance, conciliation, and onsite mediation during demonstrations planned in Sanford.”

In April, the Community Relations Service, CRS as it was reported "set up a meeting between the local NAACP and elected officials that led to the temporary resignation of police chief Bill Lee according to Turner Clayton, Seminole County chapter president of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.”

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton commented, “These documents detail the extraordinary intervention by the Justice Department in the pressure campaign leading to the prosecution of George Zimmerman."

"My guess is that most Americans would rightly object to taxpayers paying government employees to help organize racially-charged demonstrations.”
